If zero stars can be given I'd rate this doctor ZERO! She only wants to promote her supplements and vitamins for a ridiculous price and promote her other services at her private office. NO physical exam at all no examination of my heart, lungs, ears, eyes what. Just talks of non related healthcare business. For an annual exam, I felt rushed and not given the respect and attention I deserve as a patient and felt insurance company was scammed for paying out money for such service received. Every month for a medication refill she charges my insurance, for just a phone call!! One day I popped into the office and heard her argue with a patient that she does not see Walk-ins, only appointments. I just turned around and left. I do not want to be seen or see this unethical doctor ever again. What primary care doctor do not see any walk-ins??!?! and only care about her separate business. Also heard her leaving office around 3pm when she's suppose to be there til 5pm, saying she's leaving for a massage. This is professional? I do not think so. Clearly she does not even have the heart to treat patients. She walks around the office without a mask on! Didn't know the pandemic was over. Other staff wearing a protective gown and caps then she as a 'doctor' walks around without a mask on.
I went into see her for an annual physical checkup. She rushed me out of the office to end our session as quickly as possible. She didn't bother checking my eyes, ears, nose, throat. Just checked my heart beat, asked me 3 questions and ended our visit. By the way, she promotes overpriced diet products in her practice. She's a quack doc. Clearly in this business purely for the money.
Please please stay away from this doctor. She is SO AWFUL. She is rude, inattentive, dismissive, and doesn't know how to protect your private health information as a patient. After two visits in this office, it is clear this doctor is not interested in treating patients. She seems to be only interested in promoting the vitamins/supplements she sells for a profit. Upon walking into her treatment room there is a very obvious table dedicated to the supplements she is touting. The entire visit was offputting to say the least. Upon leaving I got a copy of the results, which contradicted some of what she told me in person. Therefore I questioned some of her actions and diagnoses via email and Dr. Zheng was clearly offended. She immediately tried to discharge me via email with these exact words: "It feels that you don't really like to be in my practice, in that case you can find a different primary care doctor. It is unpleasant to have this kind of relationship." Her office manager was cc'ed and he immediately apologized and handled the situation very well, separately. In addition, the check-in office and staff leave little to be desired. I went to this office for the first time and the staff did not even look my way or greet me. Instead they were just chatting and laughing amongst themselves. The fire alarm was beeping the whole time, indicating the battery needed to be changed. Two weeks after, when I returned for a follow up appointment, it was still beeping. As someone who runs a healthcare company myself, I know how patients should be treated. This was not it.
I have been going to Dr. Zheng for over 10 years. She is the best doctor I have every had because she really cares about her patients overall health and takes her time to help you anyway she can. She is loving, caring and will explain everything detail and questions you may have.
Dr. Zheng is one of the medical doctors I see consistently. I credit her and her medical staff, Eddie Lam, for the reason why I am healthier today and can manage my auto-immune disease more effectively. The doctor and staff are always attentive to my needs, listen to my concerns, and come up with the best plan and solution for care. Are one of the reasons why I am back on my feet today and know I can always trust them with my care- their a team of angels! Thank you thank you thank you! Can't recommend them highly enough!!!

Upon walking into her treatment room there is a very obvious table dedicated to the supplements she is touting. During the first appointment the doctor informed me that she had another patient with the same name as me and our charts were mixed up. This is a clear HIPAA violation. During the second visit it took several awkward minutes of waiting for Dr. Zheng to wait for my lab work to be received. To kill time she started reading stuff off my chart and then she read off a medication that I do not take and have never discussed with her. When she finally received it, it was obvious this was the first time she was reviewing it, despite her office requesting I schedule this second appointment to review test results. The entire visit was offputting to say the least. Upon leaving I got a copy of the results, which contradicted some of what she told me in person. I normally don't give reviews. Yet during the pandemic Dr.Zheng willing to help me and we got on telemedicine and work with my symptoms all times. I just want to say she is incredibly thorough and patient and a great pcp.
Great doctor!
Not very thorough

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
