What the other reviewers said. It's like they're operating in 1960 still. The invoice is printed on one of those old printers that you have to tear off the paper along a dotted line. They want you to mail a check to a P.O. Box located at the top of the invoice. No return envelope. No option for credit card. I honestly thought it was spam and had to search online to verify it. It's kind of creepy. It's 2022. Maybe update your system? The anesthesiologist himself seemed fine, albeit not particularly friendly. I didn't die or have any complications, so that's good.

This office is operating in a different era. They mail invoices that look like spam, no email available, no payment portal, etc. Instead you will need to mail a check or money order.
