Very pushy with Lasik surgery regardless of what you’re there to be seen for. Three separate employees discussed Lasik with me during my visit, before even addressing my actual concerns.

Dr. Rapoport is the absolute best! Great surgeon and amazing table side manner. The staff is also ver helpful and accommodating.

No issues with the doctor but will be taking my business elsewhere going forward for a couple of major reasons:1. Wait times, today I waited over 40 mins before the PA could take me for the standard eye checkup before I see the doctor, usually I end up waiting another 20-30 mins after that before I can see the doctor. Today after 40 mins after not even being checked on once I gave up and told the front desk I was leaving. Over the past 6 visits I have probably spent over 10 hours in the office which is ridiculous.2. Front desk staff are unprofessional, slow and disorganized.

Beware of this place. They try to bill you for every little thing they do. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Dr. Rapoport and everyone at Manhattan Eye are extremely attentive, thorough, and helpful. I originally came to Dr. Rapoport for clogged eye glands, and she has helped me not only treat but understand and manage the condition. I have recommended Dr. Rapoport to everyone from coworkers to my mom. Her commitment to care is evident, and her expertise is beyond valuable. I am thankful to have found such exemplary care for my eyes.

The doctor was great. Took time to go through everything and explain any questions I had. She prescribed some eye drops, which require prior authorization. It's been a month and half. I've called her office and spoken to the front desk person at least 3 times and left voicemails an additional 2-3 times. Its always the same thing: "We're gonna take a look and get that squared away. We need to just fill out a form. you'll have the medication soon".Whats the point of seeing a doctor if you can't actually get the medication to treat what she diagnosed? What a waste of my time and money. Her staff clearly doesn't care. Also the over the counter cleansers and drops they sell are super marked up. Just get them from your local pharmacy or Amazon for 1/3 of the price.

Every single member of the staff at Manhattan Eye, especially Dr. Yuna Rapoport has been professional, kind, courteous and caring.I've been disappointed with the eye doctors I've seen over the past few years. Dr. Rapoport was highly recommended by a friend so I decided to try her. I've now seen her 3 times. I'm so happy; she's excellent!She's brilliant, very thorough and clearly explained the procedure and treatment. She also took the time to carefully walk me through the steps I need to take to maintain and care for my eyes. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Yuna Rapoport.

The office and staff were exceptional and professional, constantly making me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. Once seen by Dr. Rapaport, I could understand why she came so highly recommended- she was right on time and helped me really understand my issues and the proper steps I needed to take to remedy them. One of the best medical experiences I have had and I cannot sing her praises more.

This amazing Dr. Rapaport was the first ophthalmologist in all the decades that I have treated my eyes to diagnose me with a severe case of dry eye and is treating it beautifully. I also just completed two brilliant cataract surgeries with her two weeks apart and now after 35 years of glasses I have 20-20 vision.She is kind, damn smart and quite funny. As busy as she is you still get her undivided attention.I also love her recent front office hires in Stephanie and Chris. Super adds. Bottom line she is top of the line and top of her game.
