Wonderful Dr. Dr. Chak is a wonderful, kind physician. Very personable. Answers all questions and never rushes the appointment. Altho I only see her for my well visits, I would definitely see her for other medical reasons.Office is spotless, wait time is very quick. Im glad she is my GYN Dr.

Dr. Chak is a very compassionate doctor! I would highly recommend to all women. She listens and takes her time knowing the patient. She reads the records before seeing the patient so it feels like she already knows you for a long time. She is very knowledgable in her field and the whole team is quick to respond to any patient needs from schedulling apts to labs tests.

Horrible and unsafe Dr. Chak and her office do not care about their patients. I was told to return in a year after she obtained a bad colposcopy result but no one ever mentioned that I needed to schedule the appointment immediately because she (and all the other gynos there) are booked eight months to a year out. So when I called a mere six months early to get the appointment I was told there was nothing I could do, I'd just have to let the cancerous cells proliferate until she became available the following year. I understand that there's a shortage of gynecologists right now, but their offices are absolutely obligated to notify patients if they need to schedule as far as a year out, especially when those patients have dangerous and anxiety-provoking conditions like mine. No one in her office or at Weill Cornell ever addressed the problem in my calls or emails. Dr. Chak is always rushed during appointments and often late. All around a disrespectful experience.

My wife had a bad experience with Dr Chak. Unhappy with her visit and still dealing with billing issues months later.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Chak. I said I had pain in my breasts. She dismissed it and said pain doesn't mean breast cancer. I requested a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasounds, then found out I have early breast cancer. I'm at peace with it, but I don't recommend her as a doctor.
