Yvonne Is Almost Too Understanding, What A Fantastic Job She Does At Making You Feel Comfortable!

Yvonne Knapp was excellent. She sent a good amount of time with me, my wife and daughter explaining the future steps in order to regain a functional voice to communicate with. She was very encouraging without sugar-coating that it would require a lot of time and work on my part. I left her office feeling very good in that there was a pathway available to me to improve my quality of life. I would recommend Ms. Knapp services to anyone in need of a speech pathologist. In a follow up visit, Ms. Knapp again proved herself to be an expert at matching me up with a more comfortable way of attaching me to an HME and experimented with a different device than I was currently using. She was patient with me and answered all my and my wife’s questions. I have booked more sessions with her and l’m confident that she is guiding me in the right direction.

Do not book with this speech pathologist. You will be canceled on repeatedly last minute (sometimes hours before) and then they don't bother to reschedule you until weeks later. Incredibly unprofessional. Don't waste your time like they have no problem wasting yours.

We had a wonderful experience, very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. I have a great trust in the care received. We felt very comfortable with the treatment. All were very caring and took great care during these difficult times. I am very grateful and thankful to Yvonne Knapp and staff.

Ms. Knapp has done a great job in guiding me in the speech reading program. It's not easy, and she has demonstrated patience and empathy in teaching me a new skillset to improve my interactive experiences with others while having a hearing deficiency. Extremely satisfied.

Ms. Knapp is a great speech therapist. She goes step by step slowly to fully understand what help is needed to proceed with the situation. She has been in my child life for 11 years and every year is always good to see her.

Yvonne is amazing. I entirely lost my hearing about two-and-a-half years ago, and received a cochlear implant. But that was just the beginning. Thanks to Yvonne's coaching in both speech and speech-reading, I am continuing to make more and more progress, and have reached a point where most people aren't even aware than I am actually deaf.
