Kuljinder S Deol's Online Review Report Card

I just started seeing Dr Deol for a yearly physical. He immediately noticed that my cholesterol was high from my last blood sample in which my previous doctor had never informed me. He ordered another blood sample and within an hour of receiving my results on my MyCare account I was getting a phone call from his office to consult with me. His staff is super friendly and helpful. He is also very informative and genuinely concerned about your health. I can't say enough good things about his office. Thank you for providing such wonderful healthcare.

Dr. Deol actually saved my life. I had gone in with a complaint of extreme fatigue and since this was my first visit with him, he reviewed my tests and my records and was very concerned that I have not had a CBC in more than 10 years. He immediately urged me to go to the lab and had blood draws so that the blood test would show anything that was missing from my medical records for the past 10 years. Previously I had gone to another doctor in Internal Medicine who retired, but he had not taken any blood draws for more than 10 years even though I was a regular patient there on a quarterly basis. The result of Dr. Deol‘s care and his concern showed that I was severely anemic with various test results showing that I needed to go to a blood specialist and I was immediately referred to the Clifton Springs Cancer Institute . I know that without Dr. Deol’s concern and immediate action my results could have been disastrous. I appreciated his carefulness and completeness in learning about my situation and his immediate action to make sure that there was follow up that was urgently needed .

He will listen and address all concerns, seems to be a very good doctor....also very sociable

Not too impressed.Went in with an allergy and he probes my abdomen. Did prescribe allergy/infection med, but never addressed my dermatitis. I called to ask for a salve for my hands. He never called any prescription in. I called, waited over 8 minutes to get someone to answer, then waited another 2 minutes to be told others were ahead of me, and to select a call back. Day 3 still waiting. Not impressed with the servicer. I feel that I'm a customer, not a patient.

Staff was very nice

Dr. Deol is a fabulous Doctor. He is thorough and reads your chart before he meets you! Recently I had an emergency and I received stellar care! His referrals were outstanding. Thank you Dr. Deol and your wonderful caring staff. Dr. Deol is now my primary care Doctor!!
