Do you remember when your doctor remembered your name, tracked any specialist referrals along with test results from other practitioners, asked about your family and took as long as needed in any visit? Are you fed-up with the mall-of-medicine atmosphere where they don't know you and can't be bothered to even glance at your chart on the way in to the room where you can literally see them checking their watches as they pawn you off to as many colleagues as possible for appointments months away? You and your loved ones deserve the care of a real GP in an old fashioned atmosphere with state of the art equipment and top to bottom friendly, caring, professional staff! I can't say enough about Dr Saladino and Christian who have cared for me and my family for longer than I've ever stayed with any other practitioners in my 51 years!

BEWARE!!!!!!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Dr Saladino, Preys on elderly people. Waited outside Hudson valley imaging 7am-8:30am for bloodwork, and Saladino’s office never sent in the script. Blamed it on the fax machine not working, but as I recall you get an OK confirmation when sending faxes, blaming it on faxes because she thought my granny was on the phone by herself and they telling elderly anything just to rush them off the phone, instead of them saying I forgot or just didn’t want to do their jobs properly. Beware do not send your elderly loved ones here. My grandma is terrified of these people. Elderly in Newburgh are doomed if they have to go to this practice. Also Saladino’s On call physician never answered or called back. This office practices are UNACCEPTABLE and they need to be out on blast.

VERY IMPRESSED! I am a new patient, having relocated my medical care to the Hudson Valley from NYC. I was very happy with the attention to detail and the thoroughness and comprehensiveness of both the pre-exam process and the exam itself. I never felt rushed like I have at other providers, and the practice was patient with my endless questions. I feel more confident than ever that I made the right choice.

The actual providers are great. Christian and Dr. Saladino were very kind and attentive practitioners. However, the office is seeing way too many patients for the providers to see you on time (expect to be waiting at least an hour-90 minutes past your appointment time until you are seen). The office is also so incredibly disorganized that you need to call daily for them to actually follow up on what they need to do for your care. While everyone there is very sweet, I have been calling the office nearly every day for 2+ months and the office has STILL not submitted the paperwork they were supposed to. If you have an option to choose another healthcare provider, I suggest you run far away from this office.

Hi all, I'm a staff member of CVHM (yes its me Diana). Due to the covid i was reluctant to go to my PCP, no worries Christian Plaza as a survivor of covid himself understood my concern. He with no hesitation evaluated me and 7 days later I'm relieved from my ear congestion. Thank you Chris!

From the beginning of my journey, not only did he focus on my weight loss, he also focused a great deal on my blood pressure problems. They really need to get their act together regarding prescription renewals to pharmacy. One more chance.

I have been a patient of Dr Saladino since 2004. Also I have seen NP christen Plaza as well, watching him grow in his career from office assistant to his current position as NP. I have received good care at cross valley and I feel they are thorough with testing and diagnosing. I have recommended several people to them and will continue to do so. Thank you for taking care of me.
