List of Crystal Run Healthcare Newburgh's Reviews
I wish I could post no star. That's how terrible the service is. Last time I entered a review my quote was "World Class Doctors, third world service". The phone system was designed by a dork. My PCP at Crystal Run gets annoyed when I use an outside doctor. Want to know why? They answer their phone , they call back, they are prompt. And it's not the people I'm complaining about it's the greedy management who put such a terrible system in place and don't staff enough people. Once again the system at Crystal Run has met my poor expectations. First of all the message on their phone robot says to expect up to 7 business days for a refill. That's 10 days. 10 days? I could drive to California and back in 10 days. Where are they processing refills? Ukraine? I had a scan of my thyroid back in October. In January I was finally notified of he results after my 3 attempts at asking. I then had a biopsy a few weeks ago, still waiting for those results. This is not about the doctors, this is about a broken mismanaged system that should not even be operating in Gaza.
This is the slowest place I’ve ever been to, I waited 2 hours just to see a doctor. Ridiculous, go anywhere but here.
If I didn't love my doctor so much I wouldn't come here. I had cancer treatment here from 2018-2019 and literally owe my life to my oncology team. However, the overhead at Crystal Run has made the practice insufferable. Forget trying to reach anyone on the phone, it's a near impossibility. Phone reps are often rude, short, and unhelpful. When visiting the actual facility, there is often a huge line out the door, with the front desk staff casually chatting and laughing amongst themselves or on their phone, zero sense of urgency. Crystal Run feels like an assembly line for patients, certainly no care. The commercialization of healthcare. Sad.
Called and was told no wait time. Arrived and waited three hours. Next they sent prescription to wrong place after I had them correct pharmacy while at doctor visit. Called six times to pick up medicine and they never fixed issue.
If you are pregnant don’t go here . Went for an ultrasound and they will not let you view or even get a picture(that they give with ultrasounds ) of your baby . I had to be out spoken to get a picture. With horrible quality . No communication what so ever . Unprofessional ! There is so much more . Will no longer be using their services.
Clean, organized and quick check-in.
Very "slam bam thank you m'am" followed by an outrageous bill. This was supposed to be an in-network covered urgent care visit, and my insurance did pay quite a bit, but the charges were so exorbitant I was still left with a hefty bill to cover. I contacted Customer Service to inquire about a part of the bill that cost hundreds of dollars and was listed just as "Other". Shady. Never going back.
Pulmonary dr.subbiiah. While l was hopeful that l would have a good first meeting .l have to say l was disappointed. The doctor first thing wanted to know more about my mental health.l know lm 70 yrs.but in sound mind.lve had problems breathing for yrs.He was condescending. I was disappointed.
The bigger it gets the worse the care gets.
Terrible service and care is an understatement! I wish there was an option for 0 stars!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
