BEWARE!!!!!!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Dr Saladino, Preys on elderly people. Waited outside Hudson valley imaging 7am-8:30am for bloodwork, and Saladino’s office never sent in the script. Blamed it on the fax machine not working, but as I recall you get an OK confirmation when sending faxes, blaming it on faxes because she thought my granny was on the phone by herself and they telling elderly anything just to rush them off the phone, instead of them saying I forgot or just didn’t want to do their jobs properly. Beware do not send your elderly loved ones here. My grandma is terrified of these people. Elderly in Newburgh are doomed if they have to go to this practice. Also Saladino’s On call physician never answered or called back. This office practices are UNACCEPTABLE and they need to be out on blast.

I am a former Pharma Rep from the UES of NYC. I have met doctors from great to bad, and everyone in-between. Now that I live in the Hudson Valley, Dr. Saladino is my Primary Care provider. He is caring and compassionate, and as a patient, he is someone you feel you can confide in. Dr. Sala-D is willing to listen to what is happening in your life and not be judgemental. Longer wait times typically mean better patient care. That is something I am willing to deal with.

I highly recommend this doctor! He saved my elderly Mother. He was very attentive and caring! Dr. Paul Saladino is very professional and enjoys caring for others, especially for the elderly.

These people were not able to handle my case so they labeled me as a problem patient and refused to treat me, leaving me very sick. Im glad Im getting better treatment at Mayo Clinic now. This place makes me feel so angry!

There are some good drs. in general but cancer requires an integrated approach. My first  visit consisted of not even asking me my symptoms nor caring. The last cancer place sent me home sick when their CT Scan said a word thar means collapsed lungs.  I said I cant breathe and choke. My side hirts all the time and feels lije its going to explode. Dr Madan knew nothing about my case nor cared. He told me chemotherapy is a dangerous drug. It helped and its better than dying. Maybe women over 65 are discarded as invalid. I have better things to do than be sick and in pain and dont want to be disregarded or die. In 1996 I had a csection and for 8 years I was told I was fine when I felt hot and had pain.  The  radioactive lap sponge/ cloth left in me that encapsulated shows up on a simple x ray. If I say Im sick, Im sick. Since 2019, I have been sick and in pain. My cancer symptoms are back after one round of chemo on 2020. Dont blow me off because I expect to be treated as a valid human being. Like I told Dr. Madan, I just want to get treatment and move out of this state where the fact that there is no accountability  so it allows for incompetence and/ or violations of your basic patient rights to not be  taken seriously. I have had some terrible doctors lately. Dr. Ghose, Gupta, Larson, Kadakia and Drs. at Cigna Stapley  are good  so it is  possible to be good, caring, competent and kind to older human beings especially women who spend their lives taking care of everybody and everything else for low pay! I wasnt optimistic before I went and can see where this is going already. Doctors dont even know the symptoms of my cancer, Waldenstroms macroglobulinemia. I know them for its my disrupted life daily. I shouldnt have to google in order to understand my cancer. Im severely disappointed considering all the hype cancer centers in general put out there. I never had a team of drs. I get information on sticky notes which I save.

My grandfather went here for his blood work and scans for 2 years now after being diagnosed with prostate cancer. Because of covid no one can go in with him to appointments and we never know anything going on and well my grandad recently spent 10 days in the hospital where he is now on hospice and coming home soon. All because this place neglected and never told us how much his cancer progressed into his lungs and liver! Our hospice nurse had to inform us of this. My family is devastated and beyond pissed off, they never gave my grandfather a damn chance and we will be taking this further. Its so unacceptable and we are so hurt. Screw this place
