My experience was good. I was immediately called in upon my arrival so there was no waiting. Overall my allergy health is much better. My only complaint is when calling I am in an automated voicemail for about 7 minutes before getting to talk to a person.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Dr. Renata Witkowska. Since 2020 at the beginning of the COVID Pandemic, I have lived in fear every day of being exposed to COVID. Like so many people that are immunocompromised, I was afraid to see my family and friends. For my own protection, I had to isolate myself from the outside world. After several visits to my Primary Care Doctor, it was recommended that I see Dr. Renata Witkowska, Newburgh, NY. Upon my initial meeting with Dr. Witkowska, I felt her compassion for her profession. She conducted several tests to see what exactly I am allergic to. She ran every test possible that she could think of for my safety. After she received the results, she recommended the Pfizer Vaccine. The appointment was scheduled in Monsey, NY for her to administer the first dosage of the Pfizer Vaccine. During that time, she monitored my vitals for two hours until she was confident that it was safe for me to leave her office. While I was

i have been coming for many years to dr. witkowska she really cares about me. She always asks how is my health and my allergies. I have been getting better due to her compassion and expertise.I vouch for her credibilaty any time.

I brought my 4 year old for allergy testing. This office and provider are unprofessional and unorganized. It's so chaotic there. The doctor is constantly interrupted to do allergy shots/tests while having office visits with other patients. An allergy test that should've taken about 30 minutes took hour & half. None of the staff even talked to my son, to explain what they were doing to his body or cared to explain the whole process to me. When the Dr finally did the skin test on my son's back, he freaked out. The Dr did not try to talk to my son at all, make him feel at ease. Nothing! The Dr then told me she refuses to do the other skin tests unless someone else comes to hold him down. Meanwhile, she also tells me we have to come back in 2 weeks for lab results that she already has, because of insurance she can't "double bill". Now we have to pay a copay just for the results. I was/am so disgusted by the lack of bedside manner, the money grabbing & the chaos that I saw in this office.

I absolutely love this office. MD Witkowska is a most knowledgeable, empathetic, thoughtful and patient-centered doctor who takes as much time as is needed with each patient. She truly cares about my son. She has treated my son for years. I am travel long distance to see her and I would travel longer distance to see her if will be necessary. Would recommended her to anyone with asthma and allergy problems. She is AWESOME.
