having an unfortunate phone experience trying to speak with a receptionist on December 28, 2020. I've called four times, and each time I am the only person waiting, and then the system spontaneously kicks me off. As a side note, the music selection on the "hold" system is some pretty bad 60s stuff. It’s December 21 now the year 2021. At 8:30 this morning I received a phone call from Dr. Singh‘s office about a prescription refill for my elderly mom but I missed the call and tried calling the number back at about 8:40 in the morning. The answering system asked me to wait for an answering service to respond to my call. When the person representing the answering service picked up my call she did not take my message but instead told me that the office was closed, which I already understood. When I tried to leave my message the person representing the answering service just talked over me. I’m sorry to have to add to this negative experience. I will end by saying that Dr. Singh is an excellent doctor. I have met him and am glad that my elderly mom is under his care.

I just finished reading the other review and I would have to say I feel the opposite. I have always found Dr. Singh to be friendly, thorough, patient, inquisitive, intelligent, up-to-date and he remembers everything I've told him. He never talked down to me and treated me like a real person.

I have been to various types of doctors over the years and have had average to excellent care. In my experience with Dr. Ashok Singh, none of my appointments would be even close to average. I have NO problem waiting for a doctor because most likely he/she is taking their time with the patient ahead of you which I would consider being thorough. When Dr. Ashok Singh comes into the examining room he has no expression on his face, voice is VERY monotone, just ask how I've been and will quickly check the area that I have pointed out. WIll NOT ask for any clarification of my symptons, the length of time I have been experiencing the problem etc. To me, these would be typical questions that would most likely add to more questions. Instead, he will write a script and ask the patient to come back in a few months. Most doctors will clarify if the symptons worsen to feel free to contact the office. Not Dr. Ashok Singh. He's in and out in a flash, leaving you with more questions, concern etc.
