First met Dr. Andres with my husband's visit to the ER many years ago. He has always been courteous, listens to my problems, offers recommendations, referrals to specialists, etc. His staff (nurses, office workers) have always been courteous and helpful. His patient portal is very useful when we travel, being able to keep in touch about our health or prescriptions, etc. Would recommend Dr. Andres to everyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. J. Andres for well over 15 years. He is very thorough and spends time with you. His NP is Patti Shea who sees me often and is awesome & makes sure I maintain my health. I can always call and they will address my concerns. I highly reccomend Dr.Jerome Andres & his team. Thank you ??????????

Terribly run office. Phones open late, close early & open late for lunch, close early in PM. Condescending. Wouldn't combine 3 separate CAT scans because it's an inconvenience to himself & he doesn't care how much radiation you're exposed to. After almost 10 years of visiting for pain related problems, was called a drug seeker when asked about medications. Never returns calls, must call them for response & they are terrible @ sending scripts. They schedule appts without checking with you. Horrid
