Made me wait 4 weeks to refill cholesterol meds. Now I'm trying to get my BP meds refilled. I have an appt. On the 2nd. But shouldn't have to wait. I guess they take it pretty hard if you cancel. Like children holding a grudge.
My children are new patients. I called on a Monday, my daughter was seen that week Wednesday and my son that Friday. They both saw Dr. Kaza. She is great, very friendly. Addressed my concerns and treated myself and my children wonderfully.
I really like the nurse practitioner that I see she's very nice and seems very concerned when I come in. I have been coming to this practice for the last 6 years because my prior doctors no longer accept it my insurance So that's how I ended up here it was in the neighborhood I thought for sure they were there to help the community I'm not saying that they're not they're just not for me as I was saying 6 years coming and complaining about the same issues in and out of the ER finally 1 ER doctor took notice of my symptoms and ask me do I have lupus I said no not that I know of she said dear these are symptoms of lupus I believe you are having a flare up I need you to follow up immediately with your doctor have her run tests and give her these papers which I did soon thereafter do you know test came back positive for lupus so basically do research on your doctors before you just pick any doctor although I believe she lead with good intentions I just feel that more could have been done and please pick up the phone it's okay to write a script not everyone is looking for drugs 6 years in agony thank you for your service but it's no longer needed
This is a terrible place!! This office needs to be closed- ! I highly recommend anyone that has a problem with them -file a complaint with the state medical board!!!!! These people need to go!!! They are in a neighborhood where they DO NOT CARE FOR THE COMMUNITY! They are doing more harm than helping- it’s sad! And the reviews that are saying they are such a great place are just people trying to keep them from getting the 0 stars that they deserve! Don’t fall for it!! Go somewhere ELSE!!
This is a great office. When you call to make Appointment they get you in within couple days. Staff is very friendly. My own Doctor Krystal is informing and nice. I'm sure the rest of the doctor's are them same . Highly recommend this office.
My mom went here and they kept telling her nothing was wrong with her - eventually my mom look up her own lab results and found out that she has had low iron and vitamin d since 2017 she called back only to b treated like she did something wrong 😑 this has led to my mom getting inflammation, digestive issues and other things- I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE- they should b closed down!!!!!!!!!!!
I am always on the phone for 30 minutes to a hour for a answer. Then i supposedly have diabetes and my health is going down hill and can't do nothing about it.
Called on 2/9/21 to speak to scheduleing about cancelling a appt. on 2/11/21. The switchboard person was rude . She asked me very abruptly -for what? .Didn't know I had to explain my personal business to her .
I'm very glad I found this clinic, I see 3 different doctors and love them all!! They actually care about you in this place I would recommend to all my family and friends.
I’m requesting a call back from Anna. I’m not going to bother calling and waiting on hold for an hour. Please call me Friday 9/6 at noon!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
