Good doctors but reception is a mess (probably due to patients disrespecting everyones time and inefficient policy, not totally the staffs fault) - experienced several incidents of poor wait times and there is no link to file complaint forms anywhere on website or portal. One of many incidents - had an 8:45 appointment today & arrived 15 min early (as instructed, and per policy) pre check in. some woman had an 8:30 but was late, no call to reception, and appeared to be no show. They were saying neither she nor her husband answered receptions calls. I was waiting still for my 8:45. Unfortunately, the late patient walked in at 8:44 and they took her, therefore booting my appointment back to 9:00 and I was forced to wait even longer than that. I asked to wait outside but was told I had to wait in the waiting room for "just a minute" but it was over 15 minutes. Finally someone came out past 9 for me. I did not get out until almost 9:45 for what was supposed to be a 15 minute appointment. I am surprised they allowed the late party to violate policy, disrespect the time of other patients, and be seen before them, most doctors offices I have been to will put patients who are no-contact late or appear to be no-shows and miss their original appointment time onto a standby list or tell them to reschedule so as not to delay every single other patient who did the right thing and showed up on time. When I left, the room was backlogged with people who also had to wait past their appt times who showed up on time; many of them probably had to call in late to work or their engagements due to delays. Hope someone in administration reads this because they so conveniently do not have public numbers or email accounts to report this. What is the point of showing up 15 minutes early, checked in, as instructed, when others can be rewarded with someone else's appointment after disrespect the time of everyone else and show up 15 minutes after my appointment time (ie 30 min past my original appt) like that lady today? Hope they can fix things and enforce their 15 minute early policy in the future to respect every patients time.

Totally ridiculous office. I made an appointment with Dr. Palumbo and had to wait 2 months to see him. Very long but I decided to wait. One week before the appointment I get a letter in the mail saying my appointment was cancelled and no explanation? No one called me, left a voicemail, texted me or emailed me. I call them and get a representative who found out that he's not seeing patients until June now... its mid February. They mass cancelled his patients and didn't notify anyone but by mail to not deal with the complaints. I hope this office shuts down because all the negative reviews are right. Do not waste your time going to this unprofessional joke of a medical office.

This place is horrible . Dr Begum has no bed side manners . Someone needs to give her a reality check and explain to her that you cannot speak with patients in that manner in this country . Absolutely horrified with my experience. Would give 0 stars if possible . Will never come back here again and will advise all family and friends to not book with her .

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! Your health will be in danger! I went into the Babylon officer Tuesday 1/3/23 complaining of Covid/flu like symptoms. I asked for both tests and was merely ignored. I was sent home with amoxicillin, promethazine and Flonase and told I had a sinus infection. I have a urgent care visit scheduled in case I couldn’t see the doctor on Wednesday 1/4/23. I kept the appointment with the intention of getting the tests the NP didn’t order again which I thought was extremely odd. Turns out I am Covid positive and was misdiagnosed by Advantage Physcians care team. When brought the their attention the Nurse supervisor Maria told me it was my fault for not insisting on the tests and that I didn’t have Covid when I came into the office so there was no reason to order the tests. Very disturbing and irresponsible.

Good afternoon l have bad experience in babylon today ! I did blood work and skin test at 2:30 l check in with the receptionist told me go the lab and sign in when l did all ready past for blood word and nursing lab mention okay you have to sigh in the from desk l said l did all ready and she told me have to do again when came back with the receptionist her aptitude was rude , and very nasty ! The ladies dont like heard about my appointment and cancel amde never told me not person available for will take skin test l weist hour and haft when ask her if she do another appointments she said do not have more space in her calendar ! You know l supposed to do my exam today end weit for results apply in job required this exam l cant complete all documentation for today thank this woman weist my time ! Part of the day and tell her she shoud and supposed give me a note or letter for reason cancel my appointment and she ignoring me and refuse !!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡l pay my ensures that is not free why this person do not respect ✊ the time other person if them dont like the job why looking receptionist job l know is friday they dont take more person need go home 🏠 l know job is job lm not apologize for this post l dont like put review but Babylon treated badly is seriously looking new personal person lo e the job and repect the time !

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude, unprofessional. Office will not speak with you, you have to go through call center and they barely speak English. Fax #'s don't work.

Hey Marsha, works for Jenna McKenzie, this bad review is for you. You “allowed” me to speak? Not only I got a $500 bill cuz you guys didn’t do your job, I should be thankful that you “allowed” me to speak about it now? You said advantagecare physicians don’t check if it’s out of network referrals, so listen people, they will refer you to out of network places that’ll end up not covered by insurance. And you won’t realize until a couple months later you got a surprise bill to pay. And if you asked them about it, they might “allow” you to speak.

I love this place service quick and so professional

Getting disgusted with this place. I have been going to advantage care for over a year now. Dr pileta is amazing. Now, for the past 3 months, everytime i come here, the front desk lady's are rude, slow (takes them 8 minutes to check you in) and then your considered late for your appointment. Everybody knows you personal information because you have to yell for them to hear you. The lab doctors are beyond remedial. I've gone 4 times in the last week and a half for lab work because they can't read correctly what the lab is for. So now the 4th time is hopefully correct. I'm going to start looking for new doctors before things get worse. I refuse to give this place anymore than a 1 star due to the lack of stability, effort, time management and the lack of not having a welcoming entrance because of the front desk staff. There is no professionalism in this building what so ever!
