A month or two ago, I had written a negative comment about how Dr. Frankel's office pays it's bills. I'm officially retracting that comment because during this pandemic many companies and individuals have had similar challenges. The difference is that even during financially challenged times, Dr. Frankel's office doesn't turn their backs on its financial obligations. His office makes sure that everyone gets paid, even if it takes a little longer to do so. That says a lot to Dr. Frankel's character.

IF you can see or talk to Dr Frankel Great. Im not sure you can have another cardio DR fill in for him who hasn't really practiced general medicine for years. I called about a Tick bite and the Physicians assistance said to go to urgent care they have better tools there...like tweezer? Really . When you can see Dr Frankel its great I feel comfortable. alley for Physicians assistance for a script and 230 Im still waiting. Im not a fan of attitude on the phone from receptionists. Three different people came on the phone and I had to repeat my story 3 times. Please Hold.

I tend to think Dr. is a great talker. When I had an appointment with him he seemed genuinely concerned with symptoms and said he would order blood tests to filter causes out. When I received the call with results the things I was waiting to hear back on were never done/tested. So needless to say I am not happy.

Fraudulent - bills for extensive psychological testing but he’s a cardiologist...?!? Bills for incorrect dates of service, takes advantage of cops insurances. Disgusting.

Dr. Perry Frankel is one of the best doctors I have even encountered. He is knowledge and understands what’s wrong. He makes you feel welcomed and takes his time with you. Him and his whole medical staff are great, he has gained a life long patient. Thanks dr. Perry frankel

Dr. Frankel is as good as it gets when it comes to being a doctor. He is caring and knowledgeable beyond words. He takes his time with his patients and truly cares. I would recommend him 100 times over.
