Plank Road Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

I love all the Doctors and Nurses I have met at Plank Road. Always attentive, friendly, inviting and seem to really care about my health. I unfortunately have had nothing but issues with front end/scheduling staff. Always rude, and condecending.. I have now had 2 appointment time mix ups due to staff telling me the wrong time. Both times it was blamed on me, instead of taking responsibility and apologize, I was talked down to rudly by the receptionist infront of a waiting room full of people and basically told Oh well about my appointment.

Our family has been going to this office for past 15 years. We love Dr. Schriber, nurse Stephanie, nurse Sarah and the staff. This office has always been here for our family and helped us so much through all these years. They are professional, compassionate, caring and just amazing people. Today we met Dr. Wike for the first time and he was wonderful. He took care of my son and answered all my questions. Definitely he made me feel better about the visit. He was extremely nice, professional, patient and down to earth. We appreciate their service so much and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

This office has the most caring providers!! I have experienced providers in the past who don’t listen, push their own agendas and made my health issues worse. Dr Schreiber is so sweet and gentle & Deirdre goes above and beyond to get to the root cause of my health issues…she works WITH me and listens! I’m not sure people leaving the negative comments were even talking about the same NP bc Deirdre is the sweetest!! The only time she made me cry was after the first time I met her and I had tears of relief bc for the first time someone was actually going to work with me and figure out what was wrong…and for someone with fibromyalgia who has gone through years of no one truly listening, she was exactly what I needed!! I’m so grateful & blessed to have her as my health care provider!!

Feel the need to review d/t previous awful one. PA Deirdre conducted the best/ most thorough physical of my life, listened & addressed my concerns, and remembered me on a later visit. Wait times were great. Front desk staff were helpful. This is the first PCP office in which I felt like more than an appointment slot.

I needed to move up a test because of extreme pain that I was in. The test was moved up but once the results reached the doctors office it was crickets. I have called several times trying to express that the pain is still there but the people who answer the phone don't seem to care. They are rather rude and don't care that a patient that goes to the practice that they work at is in pain. I would expect professional compassionate service, that isn't what you get at this practice at least not from the front desk staff. I'll be looking elsewhere.

My family and I go to this doctor never seen Dr.Shreiber. But because I suffer from constant seizures and missed two of my appointments his assistant which her name is Deidre discharged me as a patient. This family care is horrible I’ve never in my life seen or been through that. She had no care about the meds I’m on and how much I needed their help. She Discarded me like I was garbage. Who does that? Not a family practice and not anyone with a heart! Please stay away from this this disgusting practice. I will make sure to make a formal complaint. No one deserves this especially from a so called professional.

Waited 3 months to get into this practice. Had one appointment and was discharged that day. Deirdre Keenan is very rude, clicked me on the phone when I asked questions about my care. All my medical records were transferred there for my care for the past 10 years. She decided to speak to another doctor of mine (violated HIPPA laws) a doctor who I had seen ONE TIME who she agreed with him about his choice with my care. (A Doctor who told me I didn’t have my diagnosis but I have been treated for this diagnosis for almost 7 years: all the doctors before him are wrong and he’s right TOO FUNNY!!!! Funny I got discharged from that practice the same day obviously thanks to her. I have filed a complaint with the NY State Medical Board regarding this interaction, theirs this thing called PATIENTS RIGHTS and I know all about them and I’m going to make sure she is held accountable in the now 4 month set back with my care, so other people who can’t advocate for themselves don’t have to experience this. There’s this thing called ETHICS And she don’t have ANY!!!!!!! (Nice to know people in high places). Dr Schreiber is GREAT, worked with him on an estimate for a remodel project for his home a few years back. I wonder if he has a clue about his employees running his practice INTO the GROUND❗️❗️I didn’t come to this practice to see the FLAKE Deirdre with her nurse who clearly needs to clean her ears OUT, the office got me in TEMPORARILY to see Deirdre and I didn’t last a day as a patient. Guess that’s what happens when a patient knows their RIGHTS❗️❗️❗️

Writing this because of Dr. Muraski. She is absolutely wonderful, makes you feel comfortable and truly listens to you. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had and I highly recommend her. Also shout out to nurse Ann, and their receptionist's, Chelsea and Tierny for also being super helpful and always pleasant. Going to the doctor's is never a fun venture, but they make it so much more comfortable!

Refused to accept me as a new patient claiming I had a previously booked new patient appointment that I no call-no showed (to a conpletely different doctor in a different practice). Which NEVER happened and when i tried finding out more about this, I was given an attitude and hung up on.

Awesome doctors and nurses, they actually listen to you and work with you to fix any issues you are having. The two ladies at the front desk who answer phones and make appts are really great aswell, always extremely pleasant on the phone and in person. I don't feel like a dummy for asking stupid questions, lol. Highly recommended doctors office!
