This unprofessional "Doctor" kept rudely interrupting me as I was attempting to explain my health issue that I was hoping he could help resolve.I am a 62 year old male suffering with an enlarged prostrate that causes excessive urination (along with much frustration) and after a 5-10 minute interview regarding my issue, this "Doctor" told me I had a chip on my shoulder and informed me in the most disrespectful manner he would not treat me. He than informed his staff that I was no longer a patient and to return my co-payment.It this the best physician that Advanced Urology has to Offer??Is this man an example of our Medical professionals in 2021 and beyond?This man is a DISGRACE to the hard working, dedicated and professional Doctors that are currently treating their patients with dignity and resect and he is a failure as a caring human being who took an oath to treat people's sicknesses regardless of the circumstances!    Thank you for listening and allowing me to vent my frustration.This man is a jerk and should be reprimanded accordingly!!!!

this has to be one of the rudest offices I have ever dealt with. Front desk is less then professional. at first I thought maybe it was me, I was upset because I waited for over a week for the results of a cat scan. they said "well if no one called I guess your OK" really.........? I asked for the dr to call me. I waited a week with no response. I called again and put it on speaker at work so that my coworker could hear, she was appalled at the way they spoke to me. the women that answered was very rude and condescending. I asked again for a return call from dr. Let's see if he calls. I will not be returning.

Looking for a Urologist ?You have come to the right place !Doctor Martinis is caring and is very knowledgeable....he has helped me with kidney stones and always follows up and always concerned about your health issues Super Nice Guy , And accommodating for when you need an appointment....they have 2 offices 1 in Northport 1 in Port Jefferson Btw Awesome Staff in both Locations !!!The Staff Loves him as well .....so you know he is a good Doctor ....

I actually give dr Martinis 0 stars. He was at terrible dr and had no compassion whatsoever! He performed a vasectomy surgery on my husband. Within days things weren’t right and when we called him he blew us off saying everything was fine. Then things continued to go down the wrong path and we couldn’t even get in touch with him for days. My husband ended up in the hospital for 5 days due to an infection caused my Dr. Martinis. We called his office several times begging for him please visit my husband and see if he was going to be ok but no response ever. Thank god my husband made it out ok but it was our biggest nightmare and we never heard from that man again. Do not use him! Our friends used him as well and had similar Issues!

Dr Martinis has been very thorough with my exams and recommendations. Visit annually to maintain prostate health and or treatment for any issues. While reception at front is important re customer service I’m more interested in the services I receive from the doctor. There are a lot of medical office staff out there that I’ve had less than desirable interactions with but as I said the bottom line is my interactions and treatment by my physician. Having said that DrMartinis is my go to Urologist
