My Mother was one of his patients & she feels he over medicated & cancels follow up appointments. She was in the Hospital recently and she found him to be abrupt. The Medication he prescribed fixed one thing and the side effects caused a subsequent problem.

Dr chak himself is very nice. But his office staff extremely disgusting, the amount of times I got hung up on before I can explain my issue was ridiculous. Why does a good dr like that have disgusting office staff???

The dr was amazing however they need to fire the current office staff. I’ve never been treated with so much attitude and rudeness at any dr office. It made the whole appointment horrible. They do not greet you nicely, a lot of demanding requests and bark at you. They are not helpful at all! I felt like I had done something wrong by coming to see the doctor. In addition I called for a fax and they hung up on me, I called back and were so horrifically rude. They put you on hold and hang up on you without warning. I called for a follow up telehealth appointment which they told me he does and when I asked to book one she said she can’t offer it right now. Mixed messages. I don’t recommend going to this dr office, avoid such nasty people if you can.

Dr Chak is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. However his office staff are quite the opposite, very difficult nasty people. Doesn’t make sense. I was happy as soon as I was made healthy again. But his staff made my visits very uncomfortable. Not good experiences overall.

Great doctor, kind, attentive, and will listen to his patients. Very smart and will call you back when your having issues/lab results etc. The only issue is his office staff. Very rude women handling the front desk area. Gave me attitude when I simply requested a fax to be sent over. If you need to put someone on hold, you should let them know... your getting put on hold.

Just a great and thoughtful doctor. Charts a corse of action and explains all the parameters. Calls back if you need to ask questions

Dr Chak came highly recommended to me by a colleague of his. I called to make an appointment on January 15th 2018 and spoke to a very rude and un cooperative receptionist. She quickly told me that Dr Chak did not accept my insurance. When I informed her that I was willing to pay out of pocket she responded " The Dr has no available appointment for 3 weeks and I'm sure you don't want to wait that long"I was ! Clearly she was not interested in making an appointment for me. Extremely Rude!!!!
