Had imaging done at Nyack Montefiore on 1/19. The person at the front desk was professional and patient. The nurse Joanne and radiologist Greg (or Craig) we’re also professional and patient. I have no complaints thus far from any Montefiore location.

I don’t know what’s going on but ever since Nyack hospital merged with montefiore,it got bad !!! I have been waiting for 3 hours now with my 2 years old son and no doctor has seen him yet !!!This used to be my favorite hospital… they only checked his temp and pulse that was it !!! If you guys are short on staff stop that vaccine mandatory, hire people !!!

Awesome experience with Covid testing. I drove up at appointment time, was out in 4 minutes and had my test results in MyChart 3 hours later!

check in was fine and wasn't crowded so felt secure regarding covid. but received my results and not very confident they are correct because it had me listed on the report as a 81 year old male and I am a 60 year old female, so how can I be confident the rest of the results are correct.

I went into the ER suffering terribly from Covid and was immediately cared for by a very professional and compassionate team. I was admitted and spent 5 days in the hospital, but the whole time I felt safe and very well cared for by all the nurses, doctors and staff. I am so glad the ambulance took me to Montifiore Nyack because I am certain that the level and quality of care I received is the reason I am doing so well today. All I can say is thank you so much to everyone there!
