Went twice. Will not go back ever. Nor recommend to anyone. The staff is horrible and does not want to do their job. Actually tried to make me do copies of a document they were responsible for. Checked my insurance and said I had no copay and when I told them it was a relief bc I have a copay for the medical part of insurance they promptly charged me the copay even though it did not apply to eye & dental. Had to speak with the glasses liaison (the only knowledgeable and nice person in the office - doubt she's still there) to get my copay refunded! Cunning jerks! Let's get to the doctor himself: horrible bedside manner, not open to talking to patients about concerns, very interested in pushing for laser eye surgery, got mad at me when I said I did not want the eye surgery bc there have been studies with findings that cataracts occur at a younger age in people who did have the surgery vs those that continued wearing glasses. My sight is crucial to my wellbeing and I would not trust this person to do an unimportant surgery on such an important part of me. And after he got angry that I asked him questions instead of blindly (parum pum) agreeing to the procedure I would not go to him for an eye exam either.

Dr. Drucker is the BEST! I'll never trust anyone with my eyes except him. I had LASIK done in December & I still can't believe the amazing results. The surgery itself was less than 10 minutes & painless! One week after the surgery I was able to see soo much. And now almost 4 months later my vision is so amazing. I can see so many things I couldn't see even when I wore glasses! I recommend Dr. Drucker to everyone, he's very nice and friendly and so is his great staff!

Stay far far away from this office. The staff is condescending, unprofessional and any other non superlative you can think of. The doctor is OK, but his staff is so bad that it makes the whole experience unsettling.

From the time I walked into Dr. Drucker's office until I left I felt everyone cared about me. The receptionist, office technicians and especially the Doctor were very professional. Dr. Drucker's new office is beautiful, spacious and I especially like the fact that they have an optician and eyeglasses at this location. Dr. Drucker quickly diagnosed my problem and prescribed the appropriate medication. He is the best!

Great. Explained everything to me and eliminated any potentially unsafe procedure. I felt that Dr. Drucker was very experienced, knowledgrable. His priority was my safety and wasn't trying to sell me expensive surgery.
