List of Barry Fisherman's Reviews
The receptionist is the rudest person ever. Would not make an appointment after the way she talked to me on the phone
I have been going to Dr. Fisherman for many years. His office is not fancy, his staff is often abrupt And I have no experience with scheduling emergencies (thank goodness, but there is certainly additional professional staff at the office to address emergencies). He has given me good advice and I am totally satisfied with his professional services.
Very thorough. Pleasant. He definitely knows what he's doing.
I was a patient for several years, not a great experience overall but getting worse by the visit. Getting an appointment for a basic eye exam/prescription renewal would take two phone calls and 3 months to book. Called to get an appointment for eye pressure and hoped to get an appointment within a week or so. Was told by a very belligerent staff member I could come in one hour or at the end of December, that thats is, basically take it or leave it, they are very busy. Contacted a new well-respected ophthalmologist who is happy to fit me in and two days (and apologetic that it couldn't be sooner) and gave me advice on some things to try at home to alleviate the problem before the visit. DO NOT give Dr. Sable and this group your time or money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
