Dr. Galstian saw my daughter at his Valley Stream office. As a physician, I pay attention to how offices work. I found his staff to be very pleasant. They made my daughter feel very comfortable. Dr. Galstian spent a considerable amount of time reviewing all her tests before making a professional plan of how to proceed. I would recommend Dr. Galstian to anyone needed eye care in Nassau County.

Dr Galstian wrote incorrect prescriptions for both my contact lenses & glasses. I paid for both tests & bought 18 boxes of contacts & glasses. They helped only partially. A new doctor discovered Dr Galstian's error. I looked into my old records at my glasses shop & with my former eye doctors. My prescriptions have always been the same, except the ones from Dr Galstian which were just plain wrong I've called the office several times requesting correct replacement eye wear. They just ignore me.

Dr. Galstian is an excellent Optometrist. He was extremely patient, honest and knowledgeable. He sat down in the room with me and explained everything to me. I have a challenging prescription so I can be a difficult patient for some doctors. Dr. Galstian did not have a problem with my prescription. He is a great doctor.
