Very rude staff. Woman upfront bad attitudes. Hour and half In wait room no ac and 85 dergrees out. Thought would make work on time. They say yea he see u now. But they just move me to another room. Refused give me script for new glasses. I just walked out. And wife left minutes after. She swore never go back. I will get new Dr. So rude of them all

Dr. Sturm is honest, very forthcoming! He is very detailed in his work! I like & respect him 100% better than my former Opthamologist who opts out to hide in the shadows when it comes to expertise. HATS OFF TO DR. Richard T. STURM!!!!!!!

Did NOT listen to what I had come into the office for. Did a test that was irrelevant and did not do the test that I had booked after referral by other doctors. Huge wait times and then did not listen. He might as well have examined my foot instead of my eyes for what good the entire appointment was.

Dr. Sturm has been excellent all of my visits for many years. Very thorough, comprehensive examinations. Clear explanations regarding current status of eyes. You can trust Dr. Sturm will give you the best eye care. My wife and I look forward to our examinations.

This doctor did not diagnosis my problem and instead ordered PT which only made my issue worse. Requested a second opinion. I was in tears during visits and he did not listen to me.
