Unprofessional, rude. Not up-to-date with newer procedures. I was not advised of other options available for my cataract surgery. Incompetent, rude staff. Always overbooked resulting in long waits for appointments.

After sitting an hour in a full waiting room I approched desk to ask if they overbooked as I was still waiting. I was told my chart was never pulled after signing in. It was now 12:00 and I was told they could not do my laser treatment now until 1 pm. Now plans for the day would be 2hrs plus behind schedule. Ok, stuff happens so I return a second time but when staff are not friendly and the Dr.'s manner even WORSE I've had enough!!! Very unapproachable, demeaning in his answers. Like a robot going from one exam room to another.

SO ANNOYED with North Country Eye & DR. BEAUVAIS !!!!! Arrived for laser treatment apt. on time and signed in but after 1 hour of waiting in a busy office I asked if they overbooked as I had still not been seen. I was then told they forgot to pull my chart. Ok, things happen, was asked to return at 1 as it was now 12:00. Two hours behind on plans for day but returned for 1, however, when I had no apology for oversight, and was treated as a disruption to them and WORSE by DR. BEAUVAIS I had enough!! He has no personality to converse with patients, he goes from one exam room to another like a robot. EVEYONE IN OFFICE IS MISERABLE, wonder why? Will find another dr. who treats you like you matter!
