So far so good- The doctor operated on my right eye and it’s improved my eye sight

After analyzing my old eyeglasses and an eye exam, Dr. Nair advised it was not possible to further correct my vision with eyeglasses; the prescription would be the same as my current eyeglasses, which were 18 years old. She recommended cataract surgery. I initially agreed, but after fully acquainting myself online with the risk, actual cost and downtime, changed my mind and requested an eyeglasses' prescription. The new prescription failed to correct my vision as well as my 18 year old glasses do. I'll be getting a 2nd opinion from a different practice, and hopefully new glasses as good as my old ones.

Dr. Nair may be competent but she is very cold. Was annoyed when I asked questions and gave no or minimal answers. I was able to schedule an appointment with her in just a few weeks. I should have waited the couple of months to see one of the Costello's.

I have seen Dr Nair for several times I have found her to be very thorough and highly qualified. She takes her time with a patient and ezplains everything. I would.highly recommend her to anyone looking for an opthalmologist. Van Saligumba Physical Therapist NY

Dr. Nair is very rude! She comes in the exam room says hello no bed side manner at all! I witnessed her yelling at a couple of employees in the waiting room! That was very unprofessional! I'm so surprised the girl didn't say anything back to her. That is no way to speak to someone! I would not tell anyone to come her just off what I seen very poor!
