Good luck trying to get ANYONE to answer the phones. Once you are prompted to press a number for one of the extensions, NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE regardless of which extension you select!!

I know Dr.Brief over 25 years, as a former client of mine, and as his patient. Have been seeing Dr. Gotesman for over 7 years. Doctors are great. The other office staff that has helped with my workman's comp and scheduling surgery have been great. Recently the office phone number doesn't work. I can call any other office but not Orangeburg, where I see doctor Gotesman. I was informed I had to press the extensions of whom I wished to speak with. During the last month, I have received two calls after 430, while the office is open until 5pm, and they put the phones on service, 30 mins before they are closed, and I can't even call back the missed call that called me after 430. My phone numbers do not go to the doctors service or to the doctor on call. I cannot call if I wanted to call to make an appointment not related to workman's compensation. I drive over 80 mins to see see the doctor and going to the office to make an appointment really isn't an option. I hope things change soon, this practice is full of great people and doctors.

Love my doctor there but no one answers the phone. I've been trying for a week. Also filled out web form twice. Gotta find someone else.

Came for an appointment for my Son..arrived 30 minutes early, waited an hour with no sign of being seen. Told the secretary I was leaving, could not wait any longer and her response was that’s fine with an attitude and not a care in the world. Sick and tired of these doctor offices double booking appointments. Dr. Gaines maybe you should give your staff some customer service pointers

My time with Dr Gotesman is always productive and with focus maintained where I want it. He strives to get me informed so I can make decisions with him. It's as good as it gets!

Dr. Gaines was pleasant, focused on the issue at hand, and was very clear about what the treatment plan would be.

Dr Gaines is amazing he fixed my elbow when I had a fall, He explains everything to you and makes you feel comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the office staff at that location is nasty and very unfriendly. The one lady at the desk looks like she doesn’t want to be there. 5 stars given for the doctor not the staff
