Abeer Eddib Md's Online Review Report Card

I was referred to Dr. Eddib for a surgical consult. She accepted me as a patient and scheduled my surgery quickly because of my severe prolapse. I had my procedure two weeks ago and feel great. I would highly recommend Dr. Eddib. She is a compassionate Dr. who really cares about her patients.

I don’t have a words to explain how wonderful Dr. Eddib is. I had 9 procedures done by her at once. After having such a heavy babies and complicated deliveries, she saved my life without exaggeration. I work as RN and if I have to choose my surgeon again I would always choose her. She was on vacation with her family and she called me to see how I’m doing. She texted me multiple times to check on me and whoI had a question she was answering me right away. I wish that we have more doctors like her.

I give her a minus -0- with overall rating. I am shocked to see her on TV today. Years ago she made a huge medical mistake with me and she confessed to it. Her reason for the mistake was to blame me because I was too tight and small in my vagina area. If that is true, than she should not be a doctor. A doctor she be able to encounter everything, period. It makes me sick to see that she is again practicing in this area. I will follow through ensuring the public knows about her. I thought she moved to the state of PA. Did she goof again there and have to return here? I wanted to pursue legally the matter, but my lawyer and family asked me to drop the case because this doctor would bring in several lawyers which I could not afford to have several. You should check records before allowing her to show her face on TV looking for additional patients.

Dr. Eddib is very nice, as her staff. She listens attentively and is very knowledgeable and thorough. Because of this I highly recommend her. The only issue I have is that the scheduling staff have changed my appointments and then not informed me. I have missed phone appointments with her due to this.

I was referred to Dr. Abeer Eddib by my GYN Dr. Rachel Weselak for my prolapsed bladder. I had my first consultation appointment with Dr. Abeer Eddib in Aug 2020 at the WNY Great Lakes facility in Cambria, NY. All the personnel that I encountered were friendly and helpful to steer me to the proper check ins. Rachel with all my scheduling appointments has been very pleasant and extremely helpful. Dr. Eddib was very pleasant, easy to communicate with and very informative to my medical needs. Her office set up a follow up phone consultation with me in Sep 2020. She wanted to ask if I had any questions or concerns for the procedure I'll need. She was very "down to earth" with her medical suggestions and advice for me. I will have a robotic hysterectomy and bladder lift in Nov 2020. I will review again after my surgery, overnight hospital stay and some recovery time. All the folks I've spoken with that know and recommended Dr. Eddib had only good things to say about her. I'm praying for Dr. Eddib, my medical staff and all who I encounter during this journey. At this time, I give them all a 5 Star Rating.

Dr. Eddib is AMAZING! Kind, compassionate, and the most caring doctor I have been to. I cannot believe some of these other ignorant comments and reviews. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! I have been seeing her for more than one year, including surgery, and she has always been available in the event I need an urgent visit. She accommodates her patients, especially those with urgent matters or post surgery complications. The practice itself is extremely busy, so yes, the wait and the Harlem Road office is terrible but it is not her fault. I prefer to see her at the Sanborn/Pendelton (Niagara County) location and I rarely wait long there. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I HIGHLY recommend her to any woman who has delicate complications. She is wonderful. I can't say enough great things about this woman.

Rewarding

Dr. Eddib appeared to be very knowledgable in her practice, but she was ignorant in the approach to my trans identity. She continually pushed for a treatment that I did not want and was not medically necessary based on her personal choices. On top of that, she wanted to see my top surgery just out of her own curiosity. I'm all for educating people about these matters, but her approach just struck me wrong. I went back to my endo who suggested her and when she read the notes Eddib wrote, she was not a fan and mentioned that Eddib suggested estrogen for me and kept using female pronouns (which I do not identify with), and I had no knowledge Eddib wanted me to go on estrogen, and being a transman that is just redundant. I would not recommend her to LGBTQ+ people.

Dr. Eddib is wonderful patient, and caring ?? Very stress free appointment. ?? Five star rating definitely ??
