I had my first visit last week and it was very pleasant. Mike the p.a. was very nice. He even got the doctor who was very busy, to come in and take the time out of his busy schedule to see me. DOCTOR buscaglia was so nice and i greatly appreciate him coming in to talk to me.. he spent alot of his time with me.. thank you to both of you very much.

I was taking my mother in law to see him. After her sleep study it took almost 2 months to get her CPAP. When we went for her follow up we waited 2 hours in the waiting room and then he had no idea why we were there. Then he didn't have her test results. He called while we were in the room and got them. After giving us the script for her CPAP I had to work together with Buffalo CPAP (who were awesome) to call his office over and over because they just kept claiming they did not have her sleep study results to send them. I finally just called Sleep Insights myself. They had faxes her results to the doctors office 5 times. Needless to say, I said, forget it, don't send it to them, send it straight to Buffalo CPAP. Now I am changing her pulmonologist. Dr. Buscaglia's office staff was always pleasant and maybe this was a system error but the medical system is hard enough without me and two other companies needing to make 20 follow up calls to get needed medical equipment.

Not many pulmonologist left around of his caliber. He is fully knowledgeable of his field and easy to talk to. I can communicate and get real answers not what I want to hear, but the reality of the situation. Excellent doctor, excellent man.

Dr. never on time but if you are late will not see you.

I saw Dr Buscaglia for the first time on May 2, 2017. Acouple reviews I had read on his website kind of had me wondering if I was making a mistake because these patients said that he was arrogant & talked down to his patients, among others comments! I have no idea why these people said these things? Dr.Buscaglia was great, he listened to me, was not arrogant at all. Did a Sleep Study there & Steve the technician was great & made the experience very comfortable, recommend this Doctor? Yes!!!!

Dr. has a great group of staff working for him, all are friendly and nice. I have never had a bad experience with the Dr. or his staff.

He told my father that he probably wouldn't survive an operation on his lung because of his condition. My father did fine, he had cancer in the lower lobe and it was successfully removed at Roswell. He was arrogant and had a terrible bedside manner. I cringe everytime my father has to go see him and I am trying to convince my father to change doctors.

Rude and arrogant. He doesn't talk to you he talks DOWN and AT you. He fails to fully understand your life issues and which medications work best for you by your previous use of them. His comments that I don't need a specialist as my primary is prescribing my controllable medication is an insult. COPD flare ups are more frequent yet he doesn't see a need prescribe anything other than the basic inhalers. You basically have to be dieing before he recognizes the need for further intervention
