The office and staff are great, friendly, and take care of you. Stephanie who specializes in Tinnitus is outstanding! Really appreciate her approach to explain, follow up, and make sure you are taken care of. There is no pressure to sell and only a great approach to help! Highly recommend!

I was given set of hearing aids from a friends wife , he had just bought them prior to his death over 5k I went to H.E.S. were he had gotten them Had hearing test, insurance paid for. Devices were reprogrammed and set up on my phone I paid my bill of 600.00 Was walking out my phone rang and I jumped Dr response was forgot to tell you Devices tied to your phone They were uncomfortable and not working right Do not use for 2 yrs Went to another Audiologist Told me bring in everything Charger was bad Devices had tips wrong size for my ears Found out also all under extended warranty Sent all out New charger devices refurbished Set up on my phone Proper tips for my ears 50.00 Unlike H.E.S. they are not a " non for profit"
