From my experience this doctor DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS and this attitude is pervasive to the whole practice. The singular focus is billable services and the bottom line. STAY AWAY PLEASE. DO YOUR RESEARCH. ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS. 80/20 applies here. 80% of doctors are simply bad people bad at their jobs, and we suffer. The trick is to find one in the 20%, I wish you the best of luck. Dr John Rutkowski due to his negligence has made my life much worse.

I defintley recommend Dr Rutkowski. Amazing bedside manner, explains treatment plan. Dr Rutkowski took out a kidney stone a few weeks later I had problems with said kidney. Dr Rutkowski took care of the problem and I’ve been good. Now for his PAs. The first one I dealt with I liked, that can’t be said for the second. The second PA I seen basically thought I was lying to her.

Dr.Rutkowski is a very knowledgeable, personable doctor! I have been coming to see him for about 6 years for my ongoing bladder pain and every office visit or procedure I've had done I always leave happier! Highly reccommended!!!!!

My experience with Dr. Rutkowski has been outstanding. I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer in July 2018. I had a consult with Dr. Rutkowski later in that month, and he spent a half hour with my wife and I thoroughly explaining the process and answering all of our questions. We had a second opinion, and chose to have Dr. Rutkowski perform surgery. He is an excellent surgeon, and my recovery has gone much faster than expected. He has remained very involved in my care since that time.

Abosolutely the worse bedside manner. Does not explain anything a true jerk. I hope he is fired!! A real jerk and his PA is just as bad. Did not introduce herself did a DRE and didn’t clean my rectum after smearing gel all inside of rectal vault!! I will never go back there and I’m writing a letter to my congressman and will be starting a grassroots campaign regarding medical personnel Tx of pts

He was absolutely terrible. He did not explain procedures & spent about 2 minutes in the exam room our first visit and afterwards when problems arose he couldn't be reached, his on call PA didn't bother calling back and the ambulatory center he works out of did not call back even after 2 calls were placed. We ended up in the ER twice, once by ambulance. I would never recommend him, WNY Urology or the ambulatory center he uses. What we went through was absolutely horrendous!!

Never have had a doctor be so ridiculous. Kidney stones are no joke and he plays it off like it is not the kidney stone causing this pain. Bedside manner is nonexistent.
