Highly recommend these wonderful folks. Been a patient for several years now. So professional, willing to work with the customer, quickly take care of any needs. Just simply amazing! Stop waiting to get your hearing aids and call them, make the appointment. Life changer to actually be able to hear.

Amazing service from Lake Shore Audiology, staff was super helpful and accommodating of my circumstances. They got me a appointment at a great time, Kevin who is one of the Audiologists on site was super helpful and professional I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with hearing. Kevin went above and beyond to help me where most people would not.

They are scam artists. We waited a month for hearing aids for my husband and when they came in Lake Shore Audiology held them hostage and tried to make us pay the PPO discount, the amount that they are supposed to write off as per their contract with the insurance company. My insurance company called them several times, including with me on the line, and explained that they cannot charge us this money. They kept insisting that it was an honest mistake but refused to give us the hearing aids because we didn't pay the money that they legally cannot charge us. We told them to keep the hearing aids and refund the insurance company. Now we have to start over and try to find a reputable audiology place.
