Dr. Clark is amazing. She takes the time with you to explain and hear what your concerns. Her office staff is wonderful and office is very clean. Dr LClark lietally saved my life. No one had th diagnosis til ECMC & UBMD saw me. After careful treatment she & Dr Kowalski performed surgery. I’ve seen every member of her staff at some point. They’re all EXCELLENT at what they do, they picked up on other Ortho problems I was having. I’m very grateful for the whole team. They work very well together.

I was just at Dr Clarks office, I felt very disrespected, I felt she was rude and didn't listen to my questions, I was overlooked because of my weight, pain doesn't matter to her, so I waisted my time and gas going back and forth for nothing, if I could have given a half of star, I would have

Had an initial appointment with P.A. Shanahan today which included x-rays. When a discussion of an MRI came up he said insurance won't approve them until you try various therapies first. I get home and call the insurance and they said yes that's the case sometimes but that there was nothing preventing him from submitting a request. Now I feel like I was blackmailed; treatment first or no MRI. Wouldn't you want a complete diagnosis before starting any treatment or therapy? I agree with other other reviews. He cut me off several times an didn't want to hear what I had to say at all.

I believe Chris Shanahan lacks the knowledge to make decisions in the correct manner to tell a patient sorry there’s nothing we can do when I’m still in pain and I told him it’s a new symptom but all he could do is refer to the old test they’re not interested in trying to figure out what’s wrong must be looking for easy money I made an appointment to see the surgeon and all I got was the PA terrible experience was hoping for better treatment now I have to look for another doctor and Waste-more money in co-pays and more time because of the lack of professionalism

I wasn't going to post a review because I have to go back to this office but felt compelled to. My issue is with the PA as everyone has listed below. He doesn't listen, lacks empathy and cuts you off while you are speaking. It says in notes from 3 years ago that they are "working on increasing the patient experience" or something to that effect. He's still the same 3 years later. I really don't want to go back, I can get treated like for free at home ha ha

Had a bad auto accident Aug 27.2020 was rear seated passenger behind front seat passenger wearing seat belt are vehicle was stop to make a turn was rear ended at 65 miles a hr pushed into on coming traffic hit again front seats busted landing on top of me ...I had concussion and tore herniated mesh in my stomach from hernia surgery intangible in my intestines 3 hr surgery to repair and then had to under go hip labrum surgery to sew my labrum back on ....but my leg and toes would go numb ..on right leg ...tried physical therapy tried epidural injection tried year or more pt nothing helped.....so was referred to see Dr Lindsey Clark office saw her pa....few times and finally got to meet her ...she is very beautiful looking women and very smart and we did mri and x-rays and I was tired and scared I never recover but she gave me hope....and she scheduled me for Nov 3 at ecmc for microdiscomenty at l4 l5 surgery and iam so glad I did ....starting to feel better already still have some numbness In leg and toes but starting to feel better .....iam 55 but before that accident on Aug 27 ..2020 ..I never had a scare of my leg going numb and toes ...and was afraid I have to give up my driving and iam only 55 ....but so glad I did go for the microdiscomenty with Dr Clark ....after accident few months later I started to have to get up in middle of night go bathroom a few times...but figure iam 55... probably due to prostate and being 55 .....had psi at my primary test and it came back normal but figured do to being 55......but ever since surgery with microdiscomenty l4l5 .....I don't wake up to go bathroom any more and my bladder emptying more often during the day....iam so glad I was referred to Dr Lindsey Clark....she helped me so much and is very kind and iam slowly getting better and with nerve damage understand it takes some times months to get better like 9 to 12 months ....but would I ever go thru another microdiscomenty or any spinal surgery if needed because of another accident yes .....But only with Dr Lindsey Clark she is a true earth angel helping so many folks so grateful God sent me to her no regrets best thing I ever did and Valerie at her office is very kind helps you get everything in place to make surgery go smooth

The office staff, technicians, physician assistances and doctors are very empathetic, kind, professional and knowledgeable. The medical staff never makes me feel rushed and are truly interested in trying to help me with my medical issues. I highly recommend this practice

I cannot speak directly about Dr. Clark as I have never met her; but my overall experience here has been terrible. I have only seen the one PA and I always feel rushed, bothersome and in continued pain. I have also read my clinic notes which do not even come close to discussions I had during my appointment, they are literally copied and pasted, the PA couldn't even change my age in the notes over the last few years of being evaluated and not treated for my complaints. Although I am not complaining of being younger in my notes but it is clear that its just copied.
