He speaks to the patient and speaks slowly and sits close so the patient so that s/he can hear him. He explains treatment plan and options and answers questions. He is very professional! Office staff are friendly, competent, and welcoming.

Dr. McClure was "assigned" to me when I went into the hospital with congestive heart failure. At first he and his office staff were very attentive and followed up often on my progress. Then they joined forces with Trinity Medical and the quality of care went out the window. I was in the ER earlier this year for shortness of breath and I never had a single call from the doctor's office as a follow-up. In fact, I've not heard anything from them since. Switched to another doctor.

Very thorough and patient. Never hesitates to answer repeat questions and re-explain anything I may need. Honest about treatment options and recommendations yet not forceful and always professional. Dr. McClure is probably my favorite of any specialist I have. And is quick to respond to concerns if/when I call into a nurse.
