Went because my ankles had been swollen. Asked several questions and was very thorough. Also listened carefully to me.

Dr. Bensman is an exceptional doctor. I have been going to her for 3 years. She is knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My family and I have been with Dr. Bensman since she arrived at the BMG. We're very happy with her. She is responsive to our questions, is always warm and caring, and we are pleased to recommend her.

I left my last practice because I almost would never see my dr. I would get different pa s each time. But now everytime I see Dr.Bensman and she is the best. She listens to my concerns and explains everything, she’s not one to put you on medication you don’t need and won’t deny you stuff that you do. She has my trust and puts me at ease.

Dr. Bensman is patient and understanding. She takes time to really hear what the patient is saying, and address everything. She is so wise and knowledgeable and doesn't miss a best. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my health is taken seriously. I'm so grateful to have her as my doctor

Not impressed with the care I’ve been getting due to dismissive attitude towards a long time health problem I can’t figure out, but today was the final straw! I called yesterday and left a message needing to schedule my annual. I never heard back and called back today as I assumed they were busy. Her rude nurse Jackie answered the phone and when I said who was calling she interrupted me and told me she got my message, but didn’t plan on calling me back as Sara is on maternity leave and has no openings. I told her that it wasn’t urgent and could wait until September or so. She then said that Sara wouldn’t be back until mid October! I asked if there were any NP’s or another doctor covering for her in the meantime. To which Jackie gave me attitude and said no. By this point I was at a loss and asked if I should find a new doctor? To which she replied in a very rude manner, “I mean you could.” I’m done. I will be looking for a doctor elsewhere.

Would give 0 stars if I could - front office (Nurse Jackie) has hung up on me purposefully after laughing at me when I was asking for clarification on what the doctor meant. Dr is lacking understanding in mental health and how it affects teachers - would not recommend this doctor if you have mental health concerns but are seeking non-medication treatment. Medication is not always the way to go.

This was my 85 year old moms 2nd visit and Dr Bensman was great with her. My mom can be a little shy but she she opens up to Dr Bensman. She has a great way of connecting with her patients.

Dr.Sara Bensman is a very compassionate doctor. I never feel rushed on appointments and she always listens to my concerns. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend her 100% if you are searching for a primary MD.
