I am a new patient and my condition was explained thoroughly in layman's terms. Even for someone familiar with medical terminology it was a nice to be able to follow along without dredging my brain for definitions that I rarely use nowadays. I'm glad I found Dr. Baker and anticipate a good recovery after surgery.

Went to Dr. Baker with some throat/ vocal cord issues, the second being a followup. He took his time at both appointments to listen to what I had to say. My issue was satisfactorily resolved. A kind and caring doctor.
