Sterling Surgical Center's Online Review Report Card

Will not do procedures on people with a BMI over a certain amount. Not a weight limit but BMI? How is that even a policy when it comes to medical procedures?! Either way this policy is fatphobic and unprofessional. Do better.

I've been to this place for two procedures, pre-covid and now during the covid pandemic. No issues the first time around, I do remember them being very nice. I'm leaving a review because of how happy I was with their covid procedures. The only door I touched was the bathroom door as I exited, every door was held open for me including entering the building. I was offered hand sanitizer the whole time I was there. They wiped down reception area between patients, and they wiped down the chairs after patients are taken back.I even got a call the next day to check in after my procedure. Very professional.

WOW...I had an amazing experience at Sterling Surgical Center. The staff was second to none and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and had all of my questions answered.I would HIGHLY recommend this group to EVERYONE. Great job by all!!

So first let me say this facility does not even deserve 1 star they have a lack of empathy and a lack of professional courtesy to their patients. Appt was at 10:30am after 2 days of starvation I get called out of waiting room at 11:15 , I pre-registered online, got shoved in a room in only a gown and have been sitting here staring at the ceiling for 2 hours. I would not recommend this surgical center to anyone not even my dog let alone humans. The service is terrible and a 25 minute procedure has now tied up my entire day as well as a person who had to drive me here. Words can not begin to explain how awful I am feeling and how incredibly disrespected and neglected the whole process has made me feel. Thanks for the terrible experience and the waste of my entire days time and wages!!

Everyone I was directly involved with was amazingly professional. From the woman who did my history and vitals to Jill and Jeff who wheeled me in to the surgical room. Jeff who administered anesthesia was especially calming and professional. The nurse who sat next to me before the procedure was also professional.I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because there was a young woman who came into the room just before the procedure who acted goofy and unprofessional. She started talking non stopabout the date being September 20 and only 10 days left in the month, and immediately started reciting the “ 30 days has September, April, June and November etc., etc., etc., until she was finished. Then she asked the other two,” so when does leap year come next??”They didn’t respond because they were focused on their jobs. As a patient I needed them to be. I’m laying there prepped and anxious and it was disrespectful to me, the staff with me or any other patient who would have been in my place. She was childish and shouldn’t have been there. If she was a part of the team she should have been working or not allowed to enter the room.Thank you for letting me share.

I asked the front desk lady a question and she laughed at my face like she knows everything then they were very slow and were unprofessional toward patients.I wouldn't recommend this place.

I brought my friend for a test...got here at 2 almost 5 and still here waiting....slow unprofessional for the workers to be whispering are the corner about the administrator. I would not send my worse enemy here. Very bad...A message to the administrator...your employees dont like you !

I work in the health industry and it was a pleasure to be surrounded by such professional, compassionate, friendly people. Every second of my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Everyone there was friendly and professional. I was taken quickly with minimal wait time, and on my way home before I knew it, but never felt rushed. Highly recommended!
