Brought in my mother to UBNS with rapidly degenerative dementia. It took them 3 months to schedule a lumbar punch, during which time she got worse and worse until she was unable to cooperate with the procedure. Tried two more times, with only a week or two between Why the initial delay? It still didn't work so we had to schedule it under general anesthesia at Gates Vascular. That was about a month's wait. We struggled to get her to her appt at 6:30am, then we all waited 24 hours with ZERO communication as to why she wasn't being seen. The nurses had no idea where the doctor was. Dr. Siddiqui (also part of UBNS) finally comes in, seems in a hurry to get away from us, and says he had no idea she needed anesthesia (literally the ONLY reason we were there). For over 30 days, no one read her file or paid any attention to the only reason she was referred to the hospital. He leaves to find an anesthesiologist, and an hour later his assistant comes in and tells us she needs a whole new battery of tests before she can be put under. We had 30 days to do this, had they only told us in advance!!! Day two, she finally got her procedure (32 hours after her appointment as she gets increasingly agitated). She had someone watching her all night but somehow she pulled out her drain? We couldn't get any information from anyone! No one would speak to us. I tried calling the clinic and they told me that I hadn't signed the HIPAA forms so they couldn't tell me how it went. Yet, it was perfectly fine for me to sign her consent to have surgery?? We went back in to see Dr. Gibbons and he just kind of shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know what was wrong and we should meet with a psychiatrist. When asked how we could improve communication in the future, he just quipped that he would have had her in and out in a jiffy. At this point, my mother is probably going to die before she receives any treatment. She went from being a very intelligent woman in April of last year, to no longer understanding how to speak into a phone or use a toilet. These people DO NOT CARE.
I read the other reviews. Yes the front is not the best. But all in all, I see the PA, Julie. She has been fantastic. She does everything I could ask for and goes way out of her way to get my pain in control. I'm sorry so many others had bad experiences. Mine has been real good.
I had to bring my son here because he had an injury to his head and had brain surgery. We’ve gone through three appointments there never once did we see a real doctor .They have no idea how long is the injury will last for or when he’ll start feeling better but they did want to release him to go back to work right away.It is a three ring circus the place is ridiculous and you’re waiting in there for hours while they heard everybody in there like cattle.By far the worst place I have ever gone
3 ring circus, 2 weeks in a row, took off of work, do not waste your time. Terrible!
Place is not marked to where you can see it from the road at all. Get in there and wait forever before finally seeing doctor. Almost e hours total.
Wouldn't go back. Staff is very very unapt. Doctors are also arduous.
We got lucky with a doctor, but the staff (specifically people who schedule appointments, contact insurance company for quotes and send prescriptions) is very very unprofessional.
Worst place ever that dont do nothing for you nor listen to you never will i go here again

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
