It was kind of ridged. I guess they had to squeeze me in since they moved up the appointment by a month.i followed up with a phone call the following Mon. The Medical Assitant explained the results to me, so I was satisfied.

Dr. Burkhard is very professional and approachable. She was very thorough with the procedure and explained everything throughout. She took time to answer my questions afterwards, and I felt comfortable talking with her about my issues. I didn’t feel rushed. I trust her judgment, and would definitely recommend her to others.
