Poor customer service. Misleading terms regarding subscriptions. Refuses to stop charging me after cancelation. Point-scale often varies for the same food item. Many items not listed in the app. Although a good first step to learning about “point-free foods” and a healthier food approach, overall, I don’t recommend WW.

If You Value Your Health (and Your Wallet), Stay Away. I signed up for Weight Watchers hoping for support; what I got was a predatory billing nightmare. Despite a doctor’s recommendation to stop the program due to health issues, and an interface that was a complete barrier to accessibility, this company has spent five months siphoning money from my account for a service I physically cannot use. When you try to leave, the 'wellness' facade vanishes. They swap encouragement for harassment, making the cancellation process an absolute maze designed to trap you. They don't care about your medical journey or your doctor's advice—they only care about the monthly draft. I’ve had to report them to the Better Business Bureau just to get them to listen. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the heartache: do not give this company your credit card information. There is nothing 'healthy' about their business practices.

I’m sharing this in hopes that someone at Weight Watchers will take a closer look at my situation. I recently attempted to cancel my membership and was surprised to learn that I’m locked into a long-term commitment until 2027. This was not clearly explained or obvious at the time I signed up. I value transparency when working with any company, and this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Customers should fully understand what they’re committing to—especially when it involves long-term billing. I would appreciate if someone from Weight Watchers could review my account and work with me toward a fair resolution. At this point, I’m simply asking for clarity and a reasonable outcome.

It used to be about community and support and now all it’s about is the money. Can’t get a hold of a real person by phone. Chat support is a joke. Any type of support is a joke. I asked in the chat if I could speak to a supervisor and it was refused. This program used to be better when you could actually feel supported. I feel like that’s what made it work. I feel like there are probably better programs out there.

Weight Watchers was very misleading regarding the cost to join and a nonrefundable fee as well as a 12 month contract that I did not agree to. Just a scam.

Never use my membership charged me $75 and will not refund my money. Do not sign up.

The website or app doesn't work well at all. I went to put a payment through but it froze and never went through. I then started to get charged without receiving any services at all but they won't give me my money back.
