Great down to earth, professional doctor. He tell you how everything is going and what you can expect. His staff especially one wonderful nurse are helpful professional and will work with you until all things are worked out and everyone is satisfied. I would highly recommend Dr Lill and his staff to family and friends any day of the week.

Rude. Why am I in his Orchard Park office ? Because Trinity scheduled my follow up appointment at your office. ... No one informed you Dr Lill , that since you work with Dr Rozmus as his assistant that you would be seeing his patients post procedures such as a heart ablation? Was I the first patient that crossed the border illegally from Buffalo to Orchard Park to have a follow up.appointment with you? Nice. Thank you for treating my mother Dolores Galantowicz like a POS. She lives 2 miles from your office. Ask Trinity, and ask the hospital why we burdened you today. By the way, Google Mark Galantowicz MD. You night learn a thing or two from a true professional MD. I hope your are treated this poorly someday when you need a new pacemaker. Rude.

Over the years I had many episodes of dizziness and wanting to pass out. Meds did not fully work. was referred to Dr. Lill for an electrophysiology study with ablation whicj I had done. I had elected not to have any sedation at all bc I wanted to communicate with him during the test of what I was feeling and experiencing. It went really well. I highly recommend Dr. Lill. I found him very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. If I could, I would give him 10 star rating. Thankyou to him and his wonderful staff at my procedure.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Zachary Lill regarding my ongoing episodes of dizziness and rapid heart rate. He took his time to explain exactly what was going on and why I was feeling so awful. Dr. Lill made sure I was comfortable with his plan of care for me and let me ask as many questions as I felt necessary. With his help I feel the best I have in a very long time. I highly recommend Dr.Lill, he is timely, friendly and compassionate.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Awful Dr. worst I have ever encountered I am in complete shock at what a horrid experience I just had. Should not have a license. Terrible bedside manner. Didn’t even ask me what my symptoms are. Was referred there after a positive tilt table test. He said he thinks tilt table tests are awful and doesn’t ever recommend them they are “inconclusive and don’t tell you anything”. So I had TWO Drs tell me to get a tilt table. So because he doesn’t believe in tilt tables that means nothing is wrong with me? WHAT? Told me my echo and ekg are normal so I’m fine. Told me my morning faintness was nothing and needed to wear compression stockings. Didn’t care to do anything further totally dismissed everything I brought up. It wasn’t until I told him I didn’t feel comfortable leaving being told everything is fine with me when there are clearly problems. He then decided to look at my meds which he had nothing to say about and didn’t even know what one of them was. After extensive research of POTS I brought this up as I have the symptoms to a T he told me POTS is basically a nothing diagnosis and he would tell me the same thing - “wear compression stockings”. He had absolutely no interest in me or my issues that was so very clear, zero compassion. Not even a follow up appt to see how they were working for me bc he literally told me there was nothing wrong with me and didn’t care to listen. He is a horrifying excuse of a DR. He’s young and I can only assume this type of lack of care and investigation into your issues will get him into trouble one day. I will be getting a second opinion and be sure to let him know as soon as I get a diagnosis.

Dr Lill is thorough, up to date on his techniques, and has great bedside manner. I’d recommend him to anyone for all their heart rhythm needs!

Dr was dismissive of my symptoms. He basically told me my symptoms were merely going to be at the most, a nuisance in my life. Was not interested in investigating anything more. Upon my request he's changing a medication.
