List of Esther Lubinga's Reviews
This "was" a outstanding place for personalized care when Christine a nurse practitioner was working, she has retired. It's clearly not the same, not even close. Now you will fall into a general public, your personal needs will be a struggle to achieve. No doctor should continuously gas light their patients.
The rat race I was sent through to get pain medication after my mother was diagnosed with liver carcinoma was unspeakable. Kay, the one they refer to as "nurse kay", called the pharmacy and canceled a morphine prescription for my dieing mother AS I WAS ON MY WAY TO PICK IT UP AND, AT THE SAME TIME, ON THE PHONE WITH ESTHER RECEIVING INTRUSTIONS ON HOW TO ADMINISTER IT! This office has a total lack of communication between doctors, nurses and patients and it is unacceptable. 3 years prior to my Mom passing... When my father passed at home, (the way he wanted to), "Doctor" - and I use that term loosely - Esther Lubinga refused to sign off on his death because he didn't make an appearance in her office as often as she liked. This is a lack-luster, money-grubbing, non-compassionate "practice" that I would ONLY refer my worst enemy to.

Dr. Lubinga is a blessing to our community.
The doctor is so sweet but I feel like my time is taken advantage of when the wait time is 2 hours after my appointment time. I'm patient if this is uncommon but this has happened more than once. There are people falling asleep in the waiting room waiting for their appointment.... and that's just to get into a room, I can't imagine the wait time once you're in the room.
I love Dr. Lubinga! She is amazing! She actually takes the time to listen to her patients. I never mind waiting a long wait to see her because, I know that when I am in her office if I take more than 15 minutes I am not going to be rushed out.
Dr Labinga has to be one of the nicest woman I know. She Has a heart of gold, is very thorough, and cares for your well being. I love that she is my Dr. and part of my community.
Dr. Lubinga comes HIGHLY recommended by several family members which is why I was willing to still see her, even after office staff was rude and having to jump through hoops to get an appointment. You have to make sure they have your former patie t records in to them (which I understand) but, my records that they NEEDED weren't even in their computer system when I went there for my appointment, a couple of MONTHS after they received them. What I imagine is very difficult for the population of patients around here, however, is that you must also bring a printout from your pharmacy of your current medications, which is silly. Many people use two or more pharmacies, based on convenience/insurance requiring you to use mail order. They will not accept a hand written list. Good luck getting a complete list, and having it be correct by the time someone is seen! That being said, I saw the NP who was nice and professional. Overall, had an okay experience. Will attempt to make a follow up with Dr. Lubinga herself and update this at that time.
Dr. Lubinga and Kay, RN have consistently gone above and beyond the usual standard of care with my Mother-in-Law. Every question, concern, and request have always been addressed quickly and thoroughly. The past 2 1/2 years have been very difficult for my Mom-in-Law as she battled cancer twice. We had Oncologists, Hematologists, and Radiology Therapists who set up and implemented her cancer treatment plans; but it was Dr. Lubinga and Kay, RN who helped us navigate through the process and stood by us every step of the way by answering our numerous calls for questions, advice, and medications, etc... and making sure we had all the support we needed. In addition to the outstanding care from these two special women who have taken such special and genuine care of my Mom-in-Law, their whole entire staff have always been pleasant and helpful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
