I was seen by Dr Arce’s office for issues with my thyroid, he refused to allow my adult daughter to come and ask questions or call at a later time and ask, to help her understand. He was very demanding and it felt refused to give me time to process or think about my own medical decisions.My daughter had an idea to take me to a nutritionist to help me try and heal my thyroid, I called dr arses office to ask his opinion, and ask if they can still monitor me as I do so. I knew little about what to expect. The receptionist says that’s like getting help from another source, if I do so they would take me off their patient list as well as be never allowed back.

Initially Dr. Arce and his staff were amazing. But all of that changed very quickly. Despite telling him I was still feeling unwell after almost 2 years, He would not look into anything other than my thyroid, which was not optimal for me. He told me to lose weight when I clearly did not need to, blew me off and would not look into why I was feeling unwell.His staff, especially the office manager was beyond rude. Don't waste your time.

I don't get why negative reviews. I have been seeing Dr. Arce for 15 years so far and have not had a problem with him or his office. Always so pleasant and friendly. There was an emergency with me after he got back my blood work and he called me himself and told me to go to the hospital. Now I call that an exceptional doctor. Keep up the good work Dr. Arce and staff.

He's very helpful in getting the thyroid levels straight out for getting to feel a lot better. But since moving in the new office...his staff are not very pleasant & friendly...and if you have asthma..DO NOT GO To HIM!!! His one nurse wears very strong perfume and when I mention it very nicely that I cann't be in the same room, because of my asthma, the staff then we're rude to me and so was the dr. He then said he didn't feel i needed to come there anymore!! People in the medical profession are taught early in theirs careers not to use any perfume or cologne because it can send patients in asthma attacks!!! They just don't care i guess!!!unfortunately

The most uncaring and rudest Doctors office I have ever been to. I would not recommend this endroconologist. To anyone. I'm disabled been trying to go to five different doctors at the same time. His doses are wrong on me. Totally dusgusting.
