Has been my Dr for over 20 years. I love that he listens, and that he goes after the root cause, and isn't just content to treat the symptoms. Friendly, trustworthy, competent, and patient.
The picture perfect image of a family doctor. Dr. Humphry always deals with whatever medical problem you come in with, and also explains everything in a simple way you can understand and answers all questions. He's someone you can feel comfortable with sharing anything and you know he won’t even be phased. He's also probably the 3rd most humorous person I know and is always an absolute pleasure to talk to! I have been seeing him for years and I can't recommend a better pcp.
I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Humphrey as my PCP for as long as I can remember. I am 32 so probably over 20 years. He is amazing. He cares about every one of his patients, takes the time to get to know them on a personal level so that he can adequately treat them. It is 8 PM on a Thursday. I sent him a message and he responded this late in the night. He cares more about his patients than any doctor I’ve known (and I’ve been to many different specialists around NYS). If he doesn’t know what is wrong, he will take the time to do the research to make sure you get the treatment you deserve. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor.
Dr. Humphrey (and Family Physicians in general) is one of the best practices a person could hope to be provided care by in this county. Always get a same day appointment and have since he left the OCO clinic and worked with Dr. Kolva! Wouldn't change my PCP for any reason and haven't for 18 years!
Mark humphrey is a horrible doctor. He almost killed my father by putting him on all these different medications that cannot be taken together. Do not go to him or to any of the doctors at this office. They are horrible. Not to mention the nurses and receptionists are extremely rude. So many other educated doctors out there. Stay away if you want to live. Giving one star only because it won't let me put zero stars.
Doctors are good but the rest of the staff is awful. Nurses are extremely rude. I went in last week and witnessed a nurse giving an attitude to a woman wanting to see her husband in next room. There was no reason for her to be acting that way especially Infront of others. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. This was my second visit. Doctor was nice and helpful but wasn't worth the 45 minutes I sat in the waiting room. Doctor seems to rush you out and when you check out and sign your bill, those women were also snoody to me. I am finding a different Doctor after my last visit. Awful staff and wait time was rediculous. You could tell they overbook patients and that's why the doctor must rush you out.
Not sure who does the hiring at this place but what a joke. Grest team of doctors unfortunately you have to deal with the nurses, receptionist etc more than the actual doctor himself. The nurses are rude. Very mean besides maybe two nurses. Most everyone should be hired for being rude to patients. I think if whoever did the hiring actually watched these people and how they interact with people, they would be fired in a second. They give you attitudes for no reason. When you smile and say hi, they ignore you. When you ask a question, they tall down to you as they are above you. For this reason and this reason only, I wouldn't reccomend going here. Try Dr RAM or somewhere else where they don't hire rude staff. It's unfortunate
Dr Humphrey is always there for us. He listen to whatever i have to say.Always follows thru
If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is. All I can say is be very cautious. 3 years is all I could handle in that dr office
Doctor Humphrey is the best ever. The most comforting knowlegable doctor around. His staff atOswego Family Phiscians is so assume I want to take them all home as family. Thanks to you all.
