Padma Ram's Online Review Report Card

This woman does not appropriately care for her patients. Consistently gave the wrong medicines which interacted with other medicines, causing hospital visits. Overall very disappointed, especially seeing so many reviews of how great she’s supposed to be. Hope this is one of few cases of this happening, because if not this doctor should not be practicing.

She's a bully and heartless human being,you would be shocked if you knew how she treated people that need pain relief,and she's a liar..proof is in the recording!

I absolutely love Dr. Ram and her staff. I’ve been going to her since 2008. Her PA’s are knowledgeable and informative. They have always treated me very well. Highly recommend.

Don’t expect to get any service during lunch hours. I was so sick and could not get a hold of anyone. I ended up going somewhere else.

I don't understand why there are any negative reviews for Dr. Padma Ram's. all the staff are professional and care about you. Yes, there is the occasional, tired office worker. They also have never messed up my billing, like other medical facilties, so I'm fairly certain the office personnel are actually working and busy all day.Dr. Ram has a high degree of professionalism. She deserves a lot of respect for starting a practice in a difficult industry and location. She continues her practice, even through the tough times. I'm sure she doesn't have to stay in this north eastern climate, most of us only like living here 4-6 months of the year, but have to stay all year, because that's life. We need good doctors to stay around here.All the RN's are amazing and she clearly hand picks her staff, you can't go wrong with anybody, they all care about the patients. I'm sure they help hundreds of patients a month and the care I get from my visits, is always thorough and not just in and out, like most big hospital's Adult Practices. Whomever I see, takes their time to answer any questions or concerns and they are very good about referrals. Some days are slow, but that's the price I pay, for quality care.Apologies for the long review, I just want our community's good doctors, RNs and support staff to be recognized, for their service and if you're reading this, you are probably looking for a high quality physician and want a complete picture of why I give them a five star rating.The Convenient Care and General Practice are another local business, that we need. I really care about making this part of New York, a better place for everyone. A+ healthcare is one of the foundations of our community and is hard to come by.If your able to get into her clinic, you're fortunate, anyone I've recommended to try and get into her practice, says they aren't accepting new patients, as of the time I wrote this. Someone that's complaining and giving the place a bad rating, is probably just salty from one negative experience, but that's just my opinion, but don't let that turn you away. Give them a chance, the staff are all great people and will help in providing their expertise in health care and keep you up to date with your yearly physical. One star for the billing department. Been going there for 6 plus years and have an issue with one or two medical invoices every year. 5 stars though for the medical staff ( nurses/docters) , not so much on the billing side.

I have been a patient for approximately 15 years and can say with confidence that her exams are thorough & not-rushed; she is very good listener and knowledgeable about the human body; she is invested in quality care for patients; will investigate & consult with colleagues to deal with patient health issues; As a physician, Dr. Ram leaves no stone unturned when it comes to quality health care for her patients!

Dr. Ram provides excellent care, answers your concerns and is so pleasant and easy to talk to. As a patient, I know I am in good hands when I am at her office. Her office staff is excellent and professional, they put you at ease at each visit. I couldn't ask for better care from her office and prompt care facility.
