The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. She is very degrading when you bring issues up about not being happy with your appointment or when you try and point out they never called you for your telehealth appointment. Sad because Dr. springall is amazing but the receptionist is allowed by Dr. Mandanas to freely disrespect patients. I’ll be going elsewhere and have been informed by over 6 people they did too, due to the way they were treated by the receptionist.

I'm a patient of this practice and currently receiving chemotherapy for Ovarian Cancer (which this office did not diagnose). My gynecologist and oncologist requested that this office arrange for me to receive IV fluids locally several days after my next chemo treatment due to dehydration and fatigue. The office manager informed me that they cannot set this up because the NP isn't affiliated with Oswego Hospital and Dr. Mandanas doesn't see patients. He is on the board of directors as chief medical officer, affiliated with Oswego Hospital and my primary care physician. Unbelievable that I have to go to Syracuse just to receive IV fluids one day due to their unwillingness to make the arrangements. That's NOT patient care.

The staff at Dr. Mandanas are very,helpful, courteous, ans also,very knowledgeable. I want to thank Nicole Rogers NP is who,I am seeing, she takes her time to explain things to me goes through each procedure. That is going to be done.I want to thank you personally you have made quite a difference in my life, just following you,order, and everyone of them have worked,it just takes patients and time for things to work.Dr Mandanas has,the best staff on board.Thank YouTim Babcock.
