I went in to his office do to a shoulder injury, almost a year went by seen different Dr and physical therapy no one seem to understand the pain I was going through, as long they could have me lift my arm up and down I'm good, until I went to the Dr Jacob, Your staff our incredibly, I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for helping me.

Dr. Jacob is professional and caring. He explains the issues well and makes sure they are understood. Dr. Jacob listened to my concerns and answered the questions satisfactorily. Dr. Jacob replaced my fractured hip and It healed beautifully. He has a friendly and cooperative staff.

I have gone to Dr Jacobs for many years and would recommend both him and his staff. All are kind, courageous and professional. I have moved to another state and miss his exceptional skills.

My visits are usually quick and pleasant. He answers all my questions and provides excellent care and advise.

Dr .Jesu Jacob is awesome, he helped me on 2019 with ortho to my R knee . His staff is amazing as well , it was workers comp and they were so great . Especially with how difficult comp is too deal with. I can't say enough about how excellent Dr. Jacob and his staff is in Commack,. I just got hurt again and will need surgery on my other knee and shoulder. Without a second thought I called there office and they are great from phones threw up until Dr.Jacob ...5 stars ,A plus!

Can't thank Dr. Jacob enough for the excellent job he did. I was struggling with a severely arthritic hip and facing a 4 month wait for hip replacement surgery. Dr. Jacob was able to schedule me for surgery within a month, saving me from 3 months of misery. The pain was gone and I was on the way back to the activities I had been missing. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob.

All of the staff at the commack location was excellent especially Leslie & Chorethenia who always go beyond the time frame to help prepare my paperwork as well as comfort. All deserve a raise

Dr. Jacob and his team were excellent. He replaced both of my hips; the right side in 2016, and the left side in January of this year. He took very good care of me both times, before the surgery, and after. His team completed all the necessary paperwork for the hospital and my employer. They were all very courteous and professional, in the office and on the telephone. I have already recommended him to a couple of people, who are in serious pain, like I was. If you are in need of an orthopedic surgeon, make an appointment to see him. He takes care of his patients, and he cares about them.
