I recently went to Dr. Patel with chest pain and shortness of breath. He sent me directly to Long Island Community Hospital where I underwent a cardiac catherization and did a stent. Because of Dr. Patel's immediate response to my symptoms he stopped my CAD condition from getting into the dangerous zone.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Patel. I was informed about the tests I was having, and what he would be looking for. He was great at answering any questions and quickly gained my trust. I have nothing but high praise for not only him, but every staff member I interacted with during my visits. Would recommend without hesitation.

Staff is always friendly, and it was 1st time meeting Dr. Patel (vascular) I thought he was friendly enough with good bedside manner and very professional. Brookhaven heart is top notch!

Dr. Patel is one of the most professional Dr.'s I have had the good fortune to be treated by. I appreciate his honesty and explantion's of certain procedures I may have to go for. I trust his advice and always give his name when someone wouls ask as to who I see. I always give Brookhaven Heart 5 STARS for the whole team and their professionalism with regard to my treatment. Being my first time with Dr. Patel for a follow-up office visit, I was a little stand-offish. But in a short time after Dr. Patel began with his explanation of my test result, he was very easy to understand. However, I still prefer Dr. Joseph as my main physician, thank you.
