List of Trichy Arumugam's Reviews
Saved my life, a expert in his field and very caring of his patients.
He is very kind, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. He listens patiently and fully. He is reassuring and office staff is excellent.
Dr. Arumugan did my husbands colon surgery. He also did my gallbladder surgery. He has a great bedside manner and explained everything to us before the surgery. He came every day to check on my husband who would’ve died if he wasn’t there. The staff is so nice friendly. I would highly recommend him.
I made an appointment to see Dr. Arumugam, and while I was on my way there yesterday to my 1 pm appointment they called me and asked me to come at 2 as the doctor was still in surgery. I headed to doctors officer for 2 pm, they asked me if I could come back at 4 because the doctor was still in surgery, and I said ok. I go back for 4, he is not there yet, but on his way. About 6 patients in front of me, and 1 walked in after me. The 6 get called in, then around 4:45 i got called in, medical assistant asked me a bunch of questions, she then said the doctor would be in shortly. I heard people in the hall, waited patiently, but then got quiet. I opened the door to the room I was in around 5:25 pm, and the place was in darkness. The staff all left for the night, locked me in the office, and I was never seen by the doctor. I got out of building, called emergency #, and office manager came, apologized, asked if they could rectify problem. INCOMPETENT!

Very unprofessional and rude behavior and staff was very impolite and inconsiderate
Dr.Arumugam did my gallbladder surgery in 2011. I think hE has an amazing bed side manner and very gifted hands. He and his staff are pleasant and kind. I recommend them highly.
Great doc and staff. Got good care and respect from him and his staff. Would recommend
Very calm and unassuming surgeon who is caring. I am not used to physicians generally being so calm and attentive especially a surgeon! I was impressed by the time he devoted with me.
very good doctor, really took his time with me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
