Dr. Bendit is amazing. He takes TIME to talk to you and give you feedback. He is old school in regards to his "bedside" compassionate care manner while also staying completely up to date with all new medications, consults. Dr. Ezra Bendit has been my primary care physician for the past 7 years. He always takes the time to answer my questions and discuss my concerns. I'm a dentist and I recently slammed a car door on my thumb - not a happy occasion! I went to Dr. Bendit and asked about trephination (relieving the pressure) for the dark bruise under the nail. He said we had to rule out a fracture, and sent me to have an X-ray. He called me to come back for the procedure once he heard there was no fracture. I really love this doctor. He has been My doctor for quite a few years. I moved to Florida last year and come back for my yearly checkups to see him. Today is Sunday and he left a message that my bloodwork was fine because I think he knows I am always worried! He is a great doctor and always makes me feel I am in good hands.

Difficulty in getting prescription for maintenance drug like Toprol (Metoprolol 50 mg) that I have been on for a while unless I see the Doctor every time I need a renewl. And the office staff service girl Pam was not helpful at all . Its probably not her or definately not the Doctor, but just an office that now focusses more in generating billing than really helping patients with solutions, Its a shame ! I have been with them for some 15 years. Perhaps its time to go somewhere else. Not sure !

A nice guy but is now resorting to writing very expensive prescriptions and then handing you a coupon from the manufacturer. Very tacky. I guess he is now more concerned with his kickbacks from the Pharmaceutical Companies than his patients. I stopped using him.
