The staff do not care about the patients. Dr. Haberman is a very good doctor, very knowledgeable and a very good person. He has been my doctor for at least 3 years, and all of a sudden because I changed to an insurance that his practice does not accept, his staff treated me with little to no courtesy at all. i was on medication with an infection, needed to see the doctor, but his staff very rudely threw me out of the office without letting me see the doctor. I even offered to pay out of pocket being that Dr. Haberman is now out of network for me, and I was told that if they accepted my payment Dr. Haberman would lose his license and very rudely asked me to leave the office and find a doctor that takes my new insurance without giving me an alternative. Sadly, I was left with no choice but to find a new doctor and leave Dr. Haberman whom I trusted with my care for 3 years. As much as I would love to recommend Dr. Haberman, I would not wish his staff on anyone at all. Terrible experience.

Didn’t seem to care. Missed on the lithotripsy all together. Had to seek care elsewhere. Staff unfriendly and not helpful.

At a time of great family stress for me, Dr. Haberman treated me successfully with great care, expertise, and patience with all my questions and concerns. The entire staff at his Plainview office is efficient, well mannered, and highly experienced. Dr. Haberman is the model of a superb physician. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I cannot recommend Dr. Haberman more highly. He performed a lithotripsy on me and the procedure and follow-up were done with such expertise and confidence and put me at ease. He knows his stuff and can explain in terms that I could easily understand. Super nice guy and his staff is amazing. Busy office but they always makes you feel like you are their only patient and part of their family. Go here first! You will be happy you did. Thank you Dr. Haberman & Staff!

Not an easy decision to have bph surgery - as a younger candidate at 58 I was extremely concerned about the process and recovery Dr Hanerman was extremely patient with me - and gave me the confidence to go forward 3 days later I feel a lot better - mostly because the catheter is out ...... Only three days post op and I'm thrilled with the outcome to date
